Frustrated that I bought two identical swags yet I was sent two different models out of the same warehouse. Whether it was version one or version two I’m perplexed why the warehouse team didn’t ensure they were the same. One box was brown, one was white and after opening both swags there are obvious differences whether they’re improvements or not.

Re: Coleman 3.2 x 3.2 Instant Up Screenhouse Looks nice and was good while there was wind less than 35km/hr. Storm hit unexpectedly while we were camping and it was tied down well but it got destroyed on first use which was heartbreaking. Probably will get something sturdier than this next time as our friends bigger Coleman screenhouse withstood the storm better than ours. There's was kind of bent but was still able to be salvaged.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the Coleman 3.2 x 3.2 Instant Up Screenhouse. It’s really disheartening when camping gear doesn’t hold up, especially in unexpected storms. Your point about the wind resistance is noted; it’s good to know that it’s suitable in milder conditions but struggles in stronger winds. I appreciate your comparison with your friends’ larger Coleman screenhouse. It’s helpful to know that while theirs was bent, it was still salvageable. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Having previously dealt with the Tentworld store in Toowoomba and being happy with our experience there, we went to the Townsville store to get some new camping chairs for our motorhome. I had been looking at the web page and found some that we thought would suit us and they were advertised at a special clearance price. However, upon arriving at the store and after looking for the ones which were advertised for a while and not being able to see them, I went to find a staff member only to be told that they are no longer available, but we do have some similar ones of the same brand. I suggested that perhaps the advertisement should be removed from the web page, I was promptly told that it wasn't anything to do with them. So, after spending the next 1/2-hour deciding which chairs might suit us best, and during which time, no-one came to see if we would like any help, we settled on a pair of Oztrail Cascade 5's. While the chairs we eventually purchased were suitable and the price was reasonable, we were very disappointed with the service.

You can click the "In-Store" or "Click & Collect" tab to show stock available in a specific store. This is where you will see that stock was not available in Townsville in this case. The online ordering process was simple and having PayPal made payment simple. The item I purchased is great fit for the purpose I bought it for. However, after 5 working days and no dispatch notification I had to contact Tentworld to enquire about my order. I was told they were out of stock and would dispatch my order when more stock arrived. No explanation was given as to why I hadn't been notified of this but an apology was given. What I was annoyed about was I had paid express shipping (extra to standard shipping) and wasn't offered a discount or small credit for the inconvenience caused. I thought Tentworld was a better run company and will make me think twice before ordering through them again. ps I tried logging into the tracking app and couldn't obtain access with the password and details I submitted...

Ridiculous situation I bought a caravan fridge in Toowoomba. You sent the fridge from Toowoomba to Brisbane so it could be delivered to Toowoomba. Took an extra day and half which meant it arrived too late on a Friday and I had to wait four days in Toowoomba instead of two. I pointed the stupidity of this out when making the purchase but staff said unable to do anything about it.

Hi Andy, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed the timing of your online order didn't quite work out for you. Anything ordered online happens to be dispatched from our warehouse that delivers nationally. Our dispatched orders gets picked up from one of our delivery agents to best handle delivery, which in this case the depot is in Brisbane for sorting. This, we do not have control of due to being in transit over a weekend has extended the delivery time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. ~Tentworld Team

Product arrived with minor damage (small rips) to one of the canvas carry bags and one of the carbeanas was broken, slightly disappointing, but nothing that made it unusable.

Hi Tentworld, I would love to give you a review of the product I bought, but CouriersPlease has delivered my airbed to the wrong address, and can't get the item back. I needed this for last wend, and had to buy another one on the way to the camping trip so I have something to sleep on! So annoyed......

So far its ok, I dont like how you need to have the hose connected; otherwise water bleeds out; just needs a proper cap.

The item arrived with cosmetic damage. Not enough to go through the hassle of returning it interstate but enough to be disappointed.

Had to buy the items I wanted online. The website said they were available at the Brendale store. I went to the Brendale store and the store only had half of the attachments the other parts were missing. Told Tent World staff the website said the items were available and at this store… I was told we can’t be responsible for our website saying there in stock, it has nothing to do with us, and we can’t help you and the 2 staff members walked off. Worse customer service I have experienced and will only use Tent World again if I have no other options.

Your gazebo canopy was delivered very promptly. I was impressed. It’s just that it was delivered to the wrong address three houses away. I searched for it and found it myself. Couriers Please must have the contract up here on the Sunny Coast. Not serious about doing a perfect job.
