the couriers chosen by Tentworld provided a dreadful service - I had paid extra to ensure the item was delivered by a certain date and was informed it would arrive that day however then received a text stating that they couldnt deliver it so I had to cancel my plans. They then delivered it at the end of the final due day but by then it was too late.

I wanted to order 4 Camping Chairs, the ones I wanted were out of stock so I go on waiting list. Received an email to say available, BUT I can only get one, if I would like to drive 2 hrs away I could get them from Ferntree Gully store as they have lots!!! I order the ones and put to be notified when they could get more. Two weeks later received an email to say not available, even though they have taken my money. I ring again to be told they will get one sent back to Warehouse and ship. Today I received an email receipt, I purchased this on the 7/2/25, again I ring for a tracking number which Im not told I should hopefully receive the product in 10 to 14 days. Total of 5 weeks, pathetic service. Still yet to receive my order!

We ordered a side panels and a front panel for our tent on 21 October 2024. Part of our order was delivered near Port Macquarie. We live near Canberra. That part of the order has remained near Port Macquarie for the almost 4 weeks. We are told that we should wait for TentWorld to resolve the matter with their Courier Service. In the meantime, we are going camping this weekend without order placed well in advance of our trip. The only upside of this is that there are good people out there who told us where the package is and left it at place where it is easy to collect. The downside is that TentWorld or their Courier Service is unable/unwilling to collect the item. We hope to have the matter resolve soon.

Poor quality product. Bought three years ago, used less than 2 years. Outside cover had two tears, looks like the cover material’s quality is poor. The tent frame is wobbling too. From my 30 years camping experience. This is definitely one of worst camping products I ever bought. Definitely not recommend to buy this product.

Hi Tentworld, Very sad to say I am heartbroken in the quality of the item I purchased - RV3 tent. Have taken it out of the box and set it up I. My garage for a test run before the weekend when I am suppose to take it away for a camping trip and the tent has a hole in it… I hope you can make sense of this - as I am unable to.

Brand new Companion rechargeable lithium dual zone fridge/freezer 75L already have an internal light not working, unable to remove the internal battery even though it stated that it could be removed. Also had an error code of F1. Rang the store up to explain issues and was told to go to the store. Went all the way to the store and was told to take it straight to the repair company. Should have told me over the phone of the repair company rather than having to drive all the way to the store than all the way to the repair company. (Opposite directions) No offers of a swap, haven’t even had it for 24 hours yet either. Not happy.

Very unsatisfactory response to query about misleading product information. Item missing from product supplied. Refused to provide missing item despite item being clearly listed in the product specifications.

I waited over two weeks for my chair to arrive and when it did the arm was dented and the wine holder was bent, very disappointed.

Still waiting for the delivery. Tent was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. Can't blame Tentworld the courier company has been very difficult to communicate with and still have not given me an arrival date.

Unfortunately we received the incorrect colour chair (that we purchased to match one we’d already bought previously). On suggesting that the correct one be sent via the courier who delivered it & they pick up the return at the time, we were advised that this is not an offered service. We were told to drive to our nearest branch over a 1hr round trip & that they may not have the colour anyway. This then magically changed when I emailed back stating how ludicrous that would be for what was an online purchase. What would be the point? - simply gave up, the service contact could not have been more unhelpful, glib & snide, akin to the courier cost coming out of their own pocket. Emailing back & forth wasting even more of our time. They got what they hoped for ‘ customer gave up’ ….similar to dealing with a govt dept or Telstra.

I had supplied the model nbr and name of my Companion 2-burner gaz stove asking for which knob should I order to replace a broken one, sinceTentworld was showing two different types of such knob as well as my 2-burner in their catalogue. I followed the advice, received a package with 2 knobs, but they do not fit. I was advised to go to my nearest Tentword dealer with my 2-burner gaz, but I do not drive and I could not see a convenient public transport option.

Couriers Please are inflicting such an negative impact to Tent World, the worst delivery service in Australia, 11 days to get my parcel between 15 km radius… so poor so bad , I will recommend to pick up … never buy online .

I have ordered an air mattress (not cheap: $ 277) for our camping trip on the 27 NOV. After almost 3 weeks we still waiting for it. Additional camping stuff we ordered somewhere else came from China and has all been delivered. But from Queensland to NSW (with Tentworld, Courier Please) takes weeks which is unacceptable and not what I expected when ordering with a big local retailer in Australia. It is impossible to get in contact with them.
