To date my order hasnt arrived after numerous follow up they cannot provide resolution on a timely manner. My camping trip is past approaching so i have requested for a refund so i can buy another for my camping trip but they said they will have to arrange a return to sender. and wait for it to arrive before a refund can be processed, how can i do a return to sender when to date it has never arrived. Obviously they do not care about the urgency of the matter. Its my first time to use this website and very regretful.

So, first tine camping in brand new tent. Read instructions, tied down 100% corredr use extra guy rope and pegs. Checked and re checked... low behold, the tent collapsed under a gust of wind snapped on day 2 .. have photos be hesitant to but this product as not good.

Purchased online 19th June now 5th July, still have not received goods or a phone call from either tent world or Courier Please who seem to have lost items.

Ordered a $2200 awning, didn't arrive with any hardware that it was meant to arrive with, rang the local tentworld store who said the warehouse made a mistake but online is a different department so they couldn't help. Item also arrived damaged. Now start the long and painful process of trying to get the correct items out of tentworld online. Items arrived after over month of me hassling staff. Have seen this same review across several platforms of the warehouse letting down tentworld online with not supplying all the items to be delivered. There won't be anymore online purchases from me with tent world in store only from now on

3 weeks and it's still not here,they never answer emails,so I rang and was told ,they would ring me,but couldn't do that either

Hello Philip, we're terribly sorry to hear about the delay in your order arriving and that you've had difficulties contacting us. Our customer service is our highest priority so it's incredibly disappointing to hear that we've failed you in this regard. I have not been able to locate any email communications from you, are you able to advise which email you sent your messages to? Furthermore, looking into your tracking, I can see that this item has been delivered as of the 29th of May and is awaiting collection at the Singleton DC. Kawana Qld store Manager is absolutely disgusting and detestable with no customer service skills whatsoever. Unhelpful when we purchased our tent and then when we put it up to check it and it was faulty. Took photos CLEARLY showing the problem, the girl who served us said "oh yes shouldn't be a hassle I can clearly see the problem". Gets the manager and he says no we need to put it up to inspect it, doesn't even look at the photo. Refuses to put it up to inspect then, even though its a 3 min instant up tent & we offer to help put it up. 3 staff on and barely a person in the store being Sunday afternoon. Tells us maybe we'll do it today maybe we won't. Was blatantly rude and showed no intention of helping. So we are $$$$ out of pocket and no tent - until he decides if he wants to refund it or not!!

Absolutely appalling. One month since I've ordered my parcel, still hasnt' shown up. I had hesitations about going with you guys over my usual outdoor gear supplier, won't be doing that again. I get that Couriers Please are to blame, but this isn't the first time I've had issues with them. Start using reputable business partners so your business doesn't look so incompetent.

I ordered a pair of boots on line that were delivered on time. Unfortunately the size was not reflective of what actually fitted. Took them back to Tentworld Brendale and they gave me a store credit which I added another $80 and used it to buy a pair of TAS zip side boots. Total $180 Within 5 short wearings of the boots, two holes appeared in the side. Looked like they were made from recycled cardboard. Took them back and have not heard anything since. Been about 6 weeks. Really poor product support and service

Tentworld's refund policy only allows an exchange or gift card - no refunds so be aware - they will hold your money for up to 3 years if you don't have anything else that you want to purchase. Other companies like BCF and Anaconda provide full refunds so Tentworld needs to get their act together and provide better customer service!

Hi Debbie, Thank you for your feedback. We will refund any order that has been assessed and approved under warranty. For a return that is a change of mind, however, we offer a credit for this amount which is placed on a gift card for future use. Gift cards have an expiration of three years. Items did not arrive. Got lost. I paid for extra luggage to take the items but I couldnt.. Very poor.. The team was not even trying to provide any compensation for this..
