I still haven’t received my item past the estimated delivery date, and after contacting you about a broken consignment number you can’t find the item nor can couriers please (your courier). Not a good experience at all

Tent world are okay but your delivery of order is disgusting. Ordered 14 Feb still have not received surely Queensland to Central Coast does not take that long. Will not buy from Tentworld again as very unhappy.

Disgusted with the service. No good will for the customer. Partner bought a $380 dollar product that was wrong. We have been away and could not return within the required ‘7 days’. Product unopened and manager refused to return for store credit. When previously approached employee said on a case by case basis they will return for store credit. I have spent a lot of money at tentworld over the years. Never again. Go to BCF Tweed Heads across the road, they would happily offer some good will to the customer.

IT TURNED UP DAMAGED WHEN I WENT ONTO YOUR WEBSITE AND TRIED CONTACTING SOMEONE ONLINE I GOT NO REPLY I RANG AND SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY AND SHE SHAID I WOULD HAVE TO SUBMIT PHOTOS AND SEND IT OFF TO SUPPORT. AS I HAVE LEFT HOME ON A TRIP THIS IS HARD AT THE MOMENT THE UNIT WAS NOT PACKED IN. ANYTHING ONLY A PLASTIC POSTAL PACK . I KNOW IT WAS NOT AN EXPENSIVE ITEM BUT IT WAS DAMAGED A RETURN AUTHORISATION SHOUD BE SENT ALONG WITH A REPLACEMENT UNIT AS YOU HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE A UNIT THATS NOT RIGHT CHEERS ALEX

My Oztrail Lumos 10 Person Fast Frame Tent has several holes in the fly and leaks. All you did is offer me a puncture repair kit for a brand new tent. I will never buy anything from your business again.

Quoted $220 for a tent to find it then scanned at $389. They would not honour the quoted price. Would have otherwise been a great buy.

If not, the model of the tent and the date on which you were advised of the $220.00 price and when you were advised of the $389.00 price? I ordered 2 two chairs which were supposedly picked up by couriers please on 28 Dec for delivery less than 3 hours north of Brisbane, today is 11 January still no delivery. Courier tracking system is useless your customer service was not much more helpful. I dealt with your company online and in store but this maybe last time.

Ordered online as free delivery “in time for Christmas” was offered. An apparent “internal error that has been investigated” has been the apparent cause of delay. After spending over $1000, it’s now after Christmas and my items still are no where to be seen. Limited communication from Tentworld, and couriers are impossible to contact. I’m sure they are better in person… be safe and don’t shop online.

We have made a few purchases from Tentworld. The customer service has been positive. Most recently I purchased some privacy screens for our caravan. When we tried them, they were the wrong type - were hook and loop only (despite the salesperson advising they have the spline track). My husband tried to exchange, but there were no suitable products (shelves were almost bare in the store). We then discovered that the Tentworld policy does not allow refunds, only a credit note. This is ridiculous when purchasing things like this that are variable and specific. We will choose to shop elsewhere in the future for peace of mind.

Ordered things online waited till said were available. Due to arrive 2nddec.rang 2 weeks agosaid be here soon and did notfollow up.Rang back after investigation said 15 to 30 days to sort out. Needed gear for Christmas so bought in store and have to take other back might be away when it comes. Just a mess and so busy at this time. Not very happy

I placed an online order for a product that I needed in a hurry, so paid accordingly for “Express Post” when I checked out on the online store. I was hoping that the express service would have my purchase delivered within 5 days. After waiting for shipping information or a tracking number or something and calling Tentworld it turns out that after 3 days my purchase hadn’t even been dispatched yet. So I cancel my order and requested a refund which was agreed upon, then two days later I get a dispatch notification, then I contact tentworld again to enquire about it, and basically get told that it’s just a glitch and if it’s been dispatched there’s not a great deal can be done about it. They managed to intercept it before it left the depot, but the whole situation was handled poorly, paying extra for an express service and then wait until the third day before it dispatched is very poor service to say the least.

The package still hasn't arrived. AusPost keep delaying the delivery date. It is now approaching 3 weeks since the item was ordered. Unfortunately, who you select to deliver your parcels reflects on you and your company. Very disappointed and would not recommend Tent World.
