One of these arrived damaged and was told that i need to drive to my local store to get it replaced, as to return it and have a new one sent out will take a min of 4 weeks. The local store is 30min away which will be an hour and a half round trip which will cost me $180 in time away Totally unacceptable.I will not be using Tentworld again and will be informing all my customers the same

Still waiting for delivery more than two weeks after paying. Customer service just make excuses. Now advised we have to wait outcome of a15 day enquiry process for TOLL to work out where our item is. Why cant Tentworld just replace it and send another?

I bought a Gas stove but it's not working well. one of the burners has issue and can't use it.

I am a long term customer but was disappointed in my last purchase, I bought a stove, happy enough to take the one in the damaged box as the young man had a quick look at it, when i got home the stove was damaged, like it had been dropped, fins and top plate were bent, upon returning it, the gentleman that served me seems angry and questioned me like i had damaged it, that's how I felt anyway, I said to him that I had not dropped it as i would not do this to this company/owner as I had been coming to them for years, they exchanged it for the other one on the shelf, it also had a slight bend in the top plate, but was able to be bent back straight, the younger gentleman who seemed in charge that day(a Sunday)said twice that Coleman were a rough product. I just went home feeling unbelieved by the store.

Tentworld are extremely inflexible with their delivery arrangements. They verbally promise that goods can be delivered within a certain timeframe, and then when this isn't actioned, they then abandon all care and wash their hands of the transaction. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I have no goods and Tentworld doesn't care. Big company equals very poor service.

I have had a look into your order and I can see that we did dispatch your order the day after you placed it and was delivered to your nominated address 3 days after dispatch. Moreover, as you requested our team has attempted to redirect this to another address but due to the prompt delivery, we were unable to intercept this one in time. My order is LOST - somewhere between your warehouse and the delivery group. You have advised it will take 15+ days to either find it or refund me. I AM NOT HAPPY!

I will never shop tentworld again/ last year I ordered 4x items for camping trip & waited 2x weeks before I contacted the store only to be told you had a cliche in your system or something like that. Then I purchase a $1400+ companion camp fridge + COVER 2 weeks ago only not to receive any COVER . Then I,m told I have to wait 15 days for your investigation before any refund or replacement. Great going.NEVER AGAIN. Hows that for a review.Bet you dont post this one

Hi James, really sorry about the delays you've experienced with your delivery. Looking up your case, I can see that your fridge & transit bag did get split in transit. Unfortunately, this is quite normal because the transit bag can go through automatic conveyor systems, and the fridge has to be manually sorted (too large for the conveyor system). Because of this, its quite normal to see them be split across days. Not usually as far apart as this. Sorry for the hassle, and the anguish this caused you. I hope you enjoy your fridge!

I was given a gift card for my birthday by my children and went to a physical store selected a product and presented my gift card as payment. The staff member told me that gift cards could only be redeemed online, as far as I could see this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website. I am a very disappointed long time tentworld customer

My order was not complete. I was missing the ropes pegs etc. I was told by the Browns Plains branch I need to ring head office. Rang and got a answering machine which said staff are working from home. I left a message to have someone contact me and 4 days later still no response. This is poor customer service.

I would really like to rate the delivery time and quality of the product but am still waiting. The last advice was that is was hopefully to be delivered a month later than originally planned.

I sent my nephew a $200 voucher. When he went to the counter with his lean to tent was told it only covered on line orders. So after he bought it I rang the shop and said some ague like he has to be in the shop for 30 min , amd they had a new system, so he has the tent and still $200 voucher sitting there, I’m really annoyed about it!!!!!

Hi Theresa, Thank you for your review and feedback. We do make a distinction between online and in-store vouchers due to the different systems currently in use. We are working on a fix for this so that they are interchangeable. In the meantime, the store can convert the online to an in-store one, however, it may take them time to achieve this. Alternatively, you are welcome to use the online gift voucher and shall dispatch to your address from our warehouse. I hope this helps. ~Tentworld Team

order has not arrived tracking not working i have contacted your company they are trying to find out from courier whats going on but nothing so far and i really neede this gazebo fir my market stall on easter friday very disappointing
