Terrible service, ordered a fridge after calling to check that it would be delivered to Brisbane within a few days, told yes ! it was dispatched on the Friday morning and still hasn't arrived in Brisbane . Couriers please don't even have record of the pick up and cant trace the item as they say they don't have it ... Tent world Customer Services say they sent it and can do no more ! We needed this for a trip and now don't have a fridge.... No one can tell me where the fridge is . I called many retailers before i ordered and Only ordered from Tent world as the warehouse was an hour from my home. Poor service from both Tent World and Couriers Please ..... I also hate it when the customer service person says All i can do for you is !!!! They could offer no solutions other than to sit and wait and hope it arrives ! We will never shop here again

I Ordered and paid for a personal Locator beacon,when I hadn't received any notification of postage after 10 days I rang to find out why and was told the item wasn't in stock and I would have to wait about another 3 weeks before delivery, I cancelled the order and was refunded promptly which I appreciated but I should have been notified that the item wasn't available at the time of purchase.

We rely on our suppliers to give an estimate for when they, and in turn, we, receive orders from them. These estimates continued to be pushed backwards. Tentworld were very quick to accept my money however 3 weeks later and I am still yet to receive my goods to the value of $750. While I understand this is largely the fault of the delivery partner Couriers Please, Tentworld have done nothing to resolve this issue despite me now emailing them 2x per day. Terrible customer service and support, zero follow up and absolutely no answers or compensation provided. I will NEVER shop with Tentworld again.

Hi Vanessa, and thank you for your review. I do understand your frustrations with the delays, but these were due to all of the current weather conditions and along with that, I know that courier companies are still operating on lower than usual staffing levels. For this reason, we do need to allow for the investigation period so they are able to search all vehicles and depots to ensure that your parcel is not in their network. The good news is though I can see you have received one parcel and the second one is out for delivery today. If you do have any further issues with this one please let us know. i wont buy any more things from here in the future. i purchased the item in jan but even until march the items has not arrived. when i purchased the item it says it will arrive in 2-3 weeks. it was refunded eventually. but i dont wish to go through this again.

Absolutely awful experience. Have lodged about 3 reviews, complaints, etc. All gone unresponded and still keep receiving the same link asking me to write more reviews about the experience? You need to pull yourselves together, terrible business.

When sending a $40 stubbie cooler it should have been packed in a box. I received mine wrapped in plastic and my item had 2 small dents in it

Extremely difficult to pack into its bag. Can only roll (can't scrunch) and then there is no way to tighten the roll. Normally sleeping bags that need to be rolled have two straps that you can tighten to assist getting it back in the bag. This is a problem from 20 years ago that you don't expect products to have now. In addition, Tent World's customer service was horrific. I called them within 1 hour of receiving the delivery and they said I was able to return the item. Then one day later they changed their mind and said I was unable to return it. It was a week long fight with their whole online team including Manager to eventually get a return. Have never gone through such an unreasonable process - will shop elsewhere from now on.

Extremely poor service. I understand shipping delays due to Covid, however, I wasn’t receiving updates unless I called and Tentworld continued to delay my order by a month. It got to 4 months later so I cancelled my order.

I have not received my order and they are very hard to respond. They have provided me with a Trecking number that the courier has said that they have not initiated the pickup. I have been waiting for a response from them for 3 weeks.

Poor communication. I understood that there was a delay with the manufacturer but really had to chase for an update. Every time I asked for an update, advised happy to refund, I just wanted the item - I was happy to wait, just need better customer service.

Terrible service. Ordered a tent in November. It wasn't in stock but was advised that I would get the full order by mid January. End of January no delivery and no email to update. After multiple emails it finally arrived in February. After our planned camping trip. No compensation offered etc.
