I received the wrong product a tent instead of a mattress - had to send back before releasing the correct product that I ordered - it was then sent out via freight with signature which was not delivered to my door - had to take time off to pick up two days in a row as company depot was closed - my original order was to be post to my door - very un happy a simple order should not have turned to such a headache - will never order from you again

Im still waiting for my replacement because when i recieved it there was a hole in the mesh as indicated in photo i sent them its been over 2 weeks since our last email

VERY DISAPPOINTED with TENT WORLD TWEEDHEADS . Bought Darche limited edition single swag 3 days ago from them , erected it properly as I am an Outdoor education leader , it my job , l instruction teens how to do this daily . 3 days after leaving it up in backyard in mild weather, both end poles had snapped. SHOCKING QUALITY POLES ! I have used many good quality tents in my life & never 👎🏽 such short life of poles . To make matters worse, I can’t seem to get a refund, at tentworld , they told me I didn’t put it up properly & that it was most probably my fault, not the manufacturers ! They won’t take responsibility, they just told me to deal with DARCHE directly, or they can give me an instore credit. I am very upset with their customer service, especially with the woman who sold it to me knowing the quality was bad . I am never one to complain, but this is absolutely disrespectful & disgusting. DO NOT BUY THIS SWAG . Don’t support a company that sells products to people knowing how bad they are & that won’t give a refund on request.

One items wasnt in stock so my whole order was delayed a couple of months until I chased it up and got it seperated. Then when it arrived the items were faulty and I need to chase a warranty claim. Several months have past and I still haven't been able to use my purchases.

Purchased a fridge transit system. Very poor plastic material. Rattles a lot when the vehicle is in a drive mod. Nil communication and shipment updates once the payment went through. Hope they improve communication.

I purchased a gazebo from tentworld. It is yet to arrive after 2 weeks. tentworld has asked for my experience, so all i can say is not getting the product is about the bottom of the experience outcome. I've put in a request to trace the product with Tentworld's courier company. They haven't responded yet. It shows that it is with the courier company, but hasn;t left the state its being sent from.

Wow - what are tent world doing?!?!? Ordered a tent in Sep 21 after mutilple delays get told in late Dec delayed until Sep 22... cancel my order... 1 week later get an email saying its back in stock and can order online or pick up i store - hopeless... off to order from snowys...

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for your review and feedback. Estimated times in which stock arrives to our warehouse are given to us by the relevant supplier. These estimates had been hit and miss for quite some time, but have noticeably been unreliable for the last number of months. Sadly, it is the only way in which we can obtain any sort of estimate and surprises have been happening when stock arrives early and disappointment arises when stock arrives late. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Delivery process was an absolute nightmare. Asked that the delivery be delayed or I picked it up from the local store but was advised would need request a refund or return the item that I wasnt actually there to receive. 10+ emails between their customer service without any proper solution. Would be extremely reluctant to buy from them again.

Purchasing gift cards online locks you into using the online store an unable to use at local store. Poor form.

For the moment, however, it does take some time to change over the voucher to use in-store due to a manual process. I ordered a Darche canopy Sunday afternoon for my son for Christmas, found out later that day his mother had already bought one, rang 9am Monday to cancel the order, received an email of confirmation it had been cancelled, received another email advising it could not be cancelled and would have to be delivered (from Qld to Sydney), and that I'd have to return it. Received the canopy then found out I would have to go through a return authorisation process, send photos and pay for freight to return it. As it was 2.5m long I decided to wait for dry weather to put it on my roof racks and return to store (an hour from me), which I did, to find the store couldn't refund me directly and they had to send an email to Customer Service (as it was an online purchase), and that as I'd missed the '1pm cut-off' my refund would be processed the next day. Two days on and still no refund. What part of this entire process is not broken, from a customer-service PoV? The cost and time to Tentworld to not simply stop the delivery at the start, and the inconvenience to me as a customer is an indictment on whoever created such a convoluted return process. I suggest that person reads Systemology to learn how efficient systems work!
