Well the zip broke 1st off on the bag the sleeping bag came in so we have not been game to actually check the bag yet.

Order queen air mattress online to which I am unable use very poor feedback Regarding purchase and purchasing although paid delivery cost they expect me to send product back with evidence of faults. Paid over $300 for a product that doesn’t work.

We ordered a Tracker on the 1st of December but still have not received it as at the 22nd December albeit was showing as with Australia Post in Welshpool WA on the 15th Dec but has not been delivered to south Fremantle 6162.

Purchased online 17th November and still don't have the goods. Took tent world over 26days to ship. I have been waiting 33days still no delivery.

Considering when I received this email to review tentworld I still had not received my goods having used couriers please in my business and no longer do you get what you pay for cheap always best I was given 2 delivery dates neither one was met then went quiet for a few days and I have now been given another delivery day so we shall see how that pans out but in all good conscience could not rate tentworld experience more than one star although not their fault courier please represent them wouldn’t necessarily purchase from them again if these are their delivery options

Hi Kenneth, sorry to see how long your parcel is taking to get delivered. When I've taken a look at the tracking on Australia Post website, it's advising that there has been extensive delays to your area. No further explanation has been provided. ON the tracking information it does advise that if it's still not received tomorrow, then a service ticket can be raised. Kind Regards, Tentworld team.

My recent experience with Tentworld has been extremely unsatisfying. I am still to receive my order or confirmation of when my order will be delivered. Tentworld and their courier company have shown me a photo of my order being delivered to someone else's house and they were both very adamant that I was being untrustworthy when obviously I did not receive my order. I am still to receive a confirmation when I will be receiving my order or confirmation of when Tentworld is going to repay my funds for goods not delivered. Tentworld needs to take ownership of this situation but clearly they do not respect or values their customers. Regards, Bryan

Not really Tentworld's fault, but from a customer standpoint, my item has been "in transit" for 15 days with no new update. Tentworld advertised quick delivery within Australia...

No good communication My delivery lost during transit. And do not want to give me a refund also. Try to reach Tent world number of time but no response. Or update. Never buy again with them

Placed an order nov25 and it is still processing no communication as why its taking over 10 days to process an order. Delivery cut off is is looming

Disgraceful service. Ordered a fridge/freezer week's ago and the delivery never arrived. Can't call the courier company directly and after many attempts to call tentworld they never call back. Now they have launched an investigation that can take up to 15 business days to figure out where my parcel is or If I get a refund. This delay has made me have to cancel my family camping trip because they're just useless. I'd give them no stars if I could!

Have received my purchase yet! Still waiting. Tracking says Unable to deliver Reason: Card Left - Return to Depot Never saw Card. I thought I left instructions but may have confused that with another delivery -- 00093586341000517189 Surely it can be done better than this? Don
