Ordered on the 22nd of November, as of the 15th of December I have still not received my order. Shipping cost alone was over $70.

Absolutely hopeless delivery time, paid for items on 27th November, delivered 14th Dec. Will never buy from tentworld again. Had to rebuy products from another company.

I'm usually very positive in reviews. I'm sure my product will be great. But I still haven't received it. I hate that Tentworld defaults to CouriersPlease. They're the worst courier. I'd much prefer a choice of courier, or to pay for delivery. It didn't come in the 2 week window for my camping trip. And still hasn't arrived with no expected arrival date, despite being with courier, 16 days after courier received package from tentworld. Couriers please don't answer their phones or even their live chat. I have had no progress from couriers please. I've chatted with friends and family, some don't use Tentworld because couriers please is the courier. Why would you if you can get the same thing somewhere else? It will be a consideration in the future when purchasing for me Please stop using couriers please, or let your customers know you will be, so we can use another option

Still waiting for my tent after nearly 3 weeks. The delivery company they use is uncontactable and Tentworld have said it’s out of their hands. Will most likely have to cancel the camping trip now.

The tent I was provided with was shocking. It was oztrail so I thought it would be good but they gave me the wrong inside and the worst tent pegs I have ever seen which bent with the tiniest force applied. I got soaking wet, and will not be buying here again

I’d like to rate the products but I still have not received them. Purchased 24/11 - The courier company tentworld use are pretty annoying, their dashboard is a bit old and it doesn’t allow you to track your parcel correctly. Not detailed Information. Tentworld don’t update you on the parcels progress via your account. I’m a bit disgruntled as if I knew it was going to take longer than 14 business days, I would’ve driven 30 mins to pick up in store. Teach me. I’ll never use online purchase with them again. Will update once I receive goods. Assume they’ll be perfect as I have not had issues with tentworld products before.

No resolution. The courier service is likely to blame but the lack of updates from Tentworld is not good. I just want a refund now.

Horrible culture amongst the staff at the Tweed store. Very rude and singularly unhelpful. No AC in store either. I had asked online for a few tents to be put on hold. I was called and settled on one. I then received texts saying the other tents were not available at that store. The next day I rang to ask and was told the Coleman tent I wanted was in fact in store. So I asked for it to be held. I went in the next day ( I live an hour away) and got there right on 5 as I was confused with the time zone. I was not permitted to collect the tent if had put away. I went back today and was told I had to pay another $50 as the BF sale was over by one day. I was told by a very rude manager with no eye contact that this was store policy. No hint of customer service. Even asking to have the tent brought out to my car solicited facetious and impatient comments. Never again will I shop there. The manager in Burleigh was a LOT more friendly. I should have gone back there. Considering I spent a total of $750 in store it was an awful experience. I think the lack of AC makes all the staff irritable.

Terrible to deal with about a faulty Oztrail double ensuite tent. A few faults but main one is the mid section floor/walls are raised up too high from ground and can't be lowered to ground level. Also small hole in side wall fabric. Asked to exchange to a single version to eliminate the issue with the mid section but was told I couldn't do a 'change of mind' return. Hey, wait a minute, the tent is faulty, not my fault. Had to lodge a transaction dispute with my bank to get refund as item has faults and not fit for purpose. Won't buy from Tentworld again! Hard to see the extent of the raised section in pics clearly. REF: W644600

Ordered an engel 45L fridge and cover for click and collect. $1400 worth. Pickup option not available through online store, called to organise a pickup to ensure no damage and save you freight. Denied, then order turned up in two seperate deliveries a week apart. I work on the road so missed the second delivery to my nominated address so now have to return at a later date, how back to front for customer service, and what an unecessary impact on the environement. I thought supporting tentworld meant my money goes to a worthwile company, and have driven past your stores multiple times since order commenced. I might as well juat stick to the big mutinational companies where at least I can get what I paid for on time.

Tentworld is a good store with a vast range of products, however the shipping logistics is probably the worst in Australia, nobody knows where your parcel is at, nobody tells you anything, nobody cares, they don’t follow up , customers needs to follow up for days when something happens. Shopping online : Not a good experience at all , go to the shop it’s easier .

Worst experience ever at kawana store. Would never ever shop at tentworld again. Manager is so rude and arrogant, tentworld failed to meet their obligations under fair trade guidelines and so disappointed that we even had to get office of fair trade involved to get our refund.
