Still haven’t received my tent so can’t really comment.. Ridiculously slow especially as it’s only several suburbs away.

Ordered a tent , no explanation why it was not delivered. No courtesy call it was on back order. Very disappointed

Please do not use “couriers please” as a service. Our experience with them has been the worst among all the other delivery agencies. So far it’s been incompetence coming from them. We still have not received the parcel from tentworld. They have given statuses like ‘business closed’, ‘wrong address’ and ‘no one home’ while in lockdown. No phone number to call and no reply from their customer service email form.

I my order was made nearly a month ago and i still haven't been given an order number or received a reply email for my $800.00 purchase. Very poor.

Very poor customer service, items have not shipped a month after order, on contacting tentworld after two weeks was told they would ship within the next several days but two weeks down the track and not even an update from them. Item that was "in stock" when i ordered had since been listed as out of stock and now back in stock again and not a word from the company. Supply chain issues are one thing but zero communication can only be blamed on Tentworld itself. Steer clear of online.

Unfortunately my experience was terrible. Took almost 10 days post my order for goods to be shipped and this was only after I chased it up. No notice on website of delays and no proactive communication. I had to do all the work to follow up. I’ll be using Snowys exclusively from now on.

Hi Mitchell, Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologise for the delay in dispatch. We are continuing an investigation as to why items were showing to be in stock when they were not. This is the reason for the delay in dispatch. We have implemented a new software system that some issues are still being ironed out, this, being one of them. As I know that we are making continual improvements that shall far exceed our abilities before the new software was implemented, we regrettably understand your frustration in wanting to use a competitor instead. Not a reflection on tent world, but the product I bought ruined my dinner and had to grow out 4 hours of effort and lamb shanks

I'm in metropolitan Sydney. I ordered the tent 16 days ago and I have no idea when it is coming. I'd encourage Tentworld to find a new courier.

20/09 - item purchased and paid for 02/10 - item processed 05/10 - item shipped 13/10 - item still not received Am all for supporting local and Australian business but seems like customers are being gouged by paying for goods that are then not processed and dispatched, thereby increasing profitability at customers expense while blaming COVID. Purchased other outdoor equipment from competitors around same time and those have already been delivered. They will be getting more of my business based on this very poor experience
