What a terrible experience, thankfully there are plenty of places that will are happy to deliver goods once I have paid. I hope my story will get published. Never again

Ordered shade shelter in January with an estimated delivery of 2 weeks. I received the sides in this time frame received the main shelter 9 months later well and truly after the camping trips I had planned to use it on. I don’t believe for a second that you didn’t know that you couldn’t get it the time frame you advertised and an auto generated email apologising for the delay just doesn’t cut it for me. I bet you don’t post this on your review page!!!

Hi, Thank you for your email. We apologise for the extended delay with your order. Please know we do understand your frustrations with the delay. We rely on our supplier to advise us of when we can expect to receive new stock. Disappointingly, for reasons which are not apparent to us, the estimated date for this item had been pushed back on multiple occasions. Upon purchasing items that are backordered, we provide a date to which we expect the items to arrive in our warehouse, however, this date is an estimate so it can be subject to change as per the supplier's instructions. A little unsure why tentworld sent me an email asking to provide a review? But ok. Ordered item when website advised would be in stock the next day. 3 months later I received the item. I was never approached by Tentworld regarding further delays, and they only updated me when I instigated a follow up. On multiple occasions I was given a new delivery date, and delivery did not occur and I was not contacted until I followed up. Ordinary service at best. They were quick to take my money in the first place! No three month delays on that.

One Ordered 3 things first delivery didn't arrive then part order came third delivery wrong address put on label lucky had to pick up another parcel at post office they asked if wanted my offer parcel lucky for me. Delivery a 0 product perfect. To much hassle 4 what i ordered.

I still haven't received the Fridge, i ordered it two weeks ago. I've contacted TOLL, it's been delivered twice but they didn't ring doorbell so no one home heard the knock. Toll have now misplaced the item in their depot - #W451667 - Fridge/freezer

I have just had a look at tracking for this order and I can see that it has been in Newcastle depot for quite a while. The worst shopping experience over my life. I purchased all tent equipment online on 12 Sep, their website shows "fast delivery" (actually not!!!) My orders be dispatched on 16 Sep, and I received msg be told will receive them on 17 Sep (Friday), I waited whole day but didn't receive anything. Called to Tentworld and be told they will contact deliver company for me on Monday. I waited to Monday but didn't receive any feedback from Tentworld, called them again, and be told they will contact deliver company and will give me a call back. Few hours later, I didn't receive their call but received an email to request to fill a form for refund? I already made booking for my camping trip on 22 Sep, and they told me all my items be delivered back to their warehouse and the only way I can do was claiming refund. That's totally ruined my camping trip. I don't know if they had communicate with deliver company or not, why my items be delivered back to their warehouse.

Hi Martin, sorry to hear your items not yet delivered. We would have expected it to have been delivered by now - hence why we asked for your feedback. Sorry about this - I've asked our customer service team to help you with this now. Please do know that currently, due to the lockdowns & huge volume all Australian carriers are having to deal with - we are seeing delays longer than normal. We'll still look into this one though, and give it our best nudge for you.

do not buy this product We bought the Darchie Kozi stretcher last monday 20.09.21 used it for the first time on the weekend for one night. Its the worst stretcher to sleep on we both woke up with sore backs we even had our blackwolf self inflating mats on it . The worst night sleep ever there is to much sag in the stretcher and the noise it make every time you move could not get to sleep not happy with it all .We get a better nights sleep sleeping on the ground with foam under neath our blackwolf mats.

Ordered product 4th July. It's now 25th September with no product received and no clear delivery date. On more than 5 occasions I have received emails noting a delay in delivery and that my order will arrive within 5-10 business days from the email, but really really not so. I get that there are Covid-related ordering delays but they simply didn't have this product so should not have been selling it

Hi, unfortunately i received an email requesting me to rate my experience ordering from tentworld atva time when The product has not arrived. Couriers please tracking had it due to arrive Monday 20/9 from Brisbane, Sydney to Adelaide. Now it is saying 5/10 Perth to Adelaide. This may be more of a couriers please issue, but then tentworld does choose to use this service.

Product ripped on the floor of the tent after a single night. Customer service took close to a week to come back to me then offered $15 tape to fix a $527 tent that will become useless very quickly.

Having investigated this matter, it appears that a warranty claim had been submitted and the claim was subsequently denied on the basis that the issue had not arisen from a manufacturing problem. The tape has been a gesture of goodwill to assist in alleviating the problem in the short term at our cost. ~Tentworld Team

Always Very with Tentworld But my partner bought the Coleman plus directors chair last year as he owns a lot of Coleman products ,and a few months later in September 2020 we noticed the stitching coming apart, used for 3 months then put into storage, then in late may 2021 we went travelling again and the chair has deteriorated badly, he is very disappointed with this Coleman chair quality, structure of chair and it’s lightweight ness is great

I would advise people think again about spending their money at Tentworld. I purchased quite and expensive item. Which I am yet to see arrive. After multiple enquires with their shipping partner Toll (who you find out have no Australian based customer service, let alone care for your items) I still am missing my oz pig which was ment to be delivered over 2 weeks ago. Tentworld was Quick to reply to my enquiry but seems to have no ability to look after the stock they sell. In the end I have paid for an OZPIG big pig. Which has been lost by toll (pretty big item to misplace) And no contact as to when I will receive the item.
