Bought a Zempire delta force v2 back in March. Used it a whole grand total of 5 times over the last 7 month. I purchased with it the front side covers. With the ground sheet that’s over $5700. Well with the winds 2 weeks ago, the front ripped open. It turned the awning into a sail which flipped above and over the tent. Tent is also ripped and now dead. For a $ amount like that and a grand total of 8nights I would have expected a bit more. Of course warranty won’t cover it but who puts a tent away when they are out for the day? Pathetic warranty claim of 5 years when they created a product that didn’t hold in the wind just for a day within 8 month of purchase. Don’t buy Zempire.

Ordered 2 items only one received - was required for a gift and ordered well in advance. System error apparently and was being processed, however, still not shipped!

Popup kettle ordered. Postcode 4730 was beyond delivery. Arranged for parcel to go to friend at North Lakes. Parcel arrived by Australia Post which delivers to 4730 ie Longreach. Online booking system needs to be upgraded to incorporate delivery equitably to rural/remote customers.

After waiting over a month for our ten it finally turned up, but has a zipper missing so we can’t even close the window. I contacted the company and received no reply from them so we are left with a faulty tent.

I purchased an item based on a delivery date you posted. You then moved the delivery date significantly and didn't update me so I had to cancel. False advertising.

DO NOT ORDER AS THEY WILL BOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER…Take the money and run. I have been waiting 6 weeks for nothing put palming is off to Toll. IN BREACH OF THEIR OWN ADVERTISING. They claim delivery during COVID Would be delayed to a maximum of two weeks….Complete lack of any reasonable assistance provided or alternative solutions. A lack of customer services capability is obvious. The product has not been delivered but paid for on October 11th… Tentworld has not delivered services in a reasonable timeframe, and our family holiday is now at risk. A refund of our $649.00 and an official apology would be expected but not being told to chase your courtiers… Bad business in our experience

Item was listed as in stock when ordered. Was told of delay due to updates and improvements in ordering system. Long and short a couple of months and several emails before the truth finally come out as no stock. 20 weeks later…

Ordered two walls for my gazebo on 26oct and it was dispatched same day. Then ordered a Coleman 8p Dark Room tent on 8 Nov and today the 10 Nov it’s still been processed but money has been taken out from my bank. But I have not received any communication from Tentworld concerning why it hasn’t been dispatched.

Ordered a fridge on the 19th October. Rang on the 5th November as hadn't received it. Was told it was held up in Melbourne and they would let me know what's happening. Rang me on the 9th October to tell me it hadn't been despatched at all. Best I can hope for is delivery by 17th of November. Friendly staff on the phone don't make up for poor checking systems. From my experience I would only by from Tentworld again if nobody else had the item.

I ordered a Darche awning over 2 weeks ago and after many emails and calls, due to not being delivered yet, no replies to my enquiries as to whats the current progress. Damn poor customer service.

After sales suppport is pathetic, They sent non advertised boots and after several emails back and forth they finally realised the boots weren't the same and agreed to a refund... yet to see that refund..... $350 in boots and no customer service.
