Ordered 21 Nov 21, no communication at all from Tentworld to advise of delay on delivery, rang in mid Dec and was advised I would have it by Xmas. Didn't happen arrived in Jan 22. Communication terrible in this day and age when most other suppliers give constant updates and expected delivery dates

Would be better if you have the function to click and collect. I would buy lot more from your store if this was the case. Sometimes it’s too long to wait for an order to arrive 7-10 days later.

re Zempire Slatpac table. This table is a great design with adjustable leg height, packs up fairly small and doesn’t weigh much. Unfortunately the manufacturer is cutting corners with the quality of some of the material used in its making. As the table was being assembled for the first time one of the diagonal tubing pieces snapped completely in half. Turns out this material is fairly thin low grade aluminium. Fortunately I was able to purchase from a local hardware some much stronger flat aluminium bar, stainless steel nuts and bolts, and replaced all the diagonals. Will be interested to see how long the rest of the table lasts. Poor material unfortunately letting down a great designed product.

The shipping was amazing but one chair came slightly damaged. Fortunately my husband was able to fix it but pretty sad for brand new chairs.

Hi Ji, Thank you for your feedback. Having investigated your order it appears you had purchased on 20th December where delivery took place to you on Christmas Eve being 24th December. All online orders are dispatched from SE Qld where delivery to Sydney, during this time without an express option used, was quite good. One out of three identical products that I purchased had been opened before shipping and doesn’t work properly. Bit disappointed. Fast shipping though 🤷🏻‍♀️

We are therefore surprised and disappointed that this wasn't the case in your correspondence with us. Product appears as described but delivery took a lot longer than I was advised over the phone. Didn’t arrive in time for my camping trip.

Easy to order. Stove came in reasonable time but had to use screwdriver with a lot of force to lever the lid from the casing to get open. Was worried I would damage paintwork and unit. Haven’t used unit yet.

Ok, took over 2 months to receive my order, but understand supply chain issues, which I was advised of via email, but I had to call and follow up, and you did have them in stock.
