Evakool down under came damaged tent world said it was ok because didn't affect function of fridge gave me a fridge cover at discount rate not the best out come should have replaced the fridge but anyway hopefully the fridge will serve me for years to come

The top of the box that the item came in was cracked, unsure if it was in transit or not. Quick postage though, thank you.

The online purchase was good and the delivery prompt. However when I erected the tyent a second time and had a better look at it, I found some small holes in the roof netting. These holes look like moths or insect holes. The hardest thing generally is to repack it after putting it all up. However it is great to have anyway.

Product arrived two weeks after placing order but it was just pure luck it was not stolen from outside my postal address before I just happened to see a message on my phone that the product had already been delivered. Not sure why the courier didn't even ring the front door bell and just give it to anyone in the family who WAS home at the time. I indicated when ordering that if no-one was home at the time of delivery to NOT leave it unattended at the front door. So on both counts, a fail from the courier involved. If it had been stolen, not sure if Tentworld would have been willing to replace the product free. There is not much point in writing on the order form to NOT leave product unattended if that is exactly what is done, especially when it seems that the door bell was not even rung and people were home at the time. Very disappointed in this aspect of the online ordering process. Otherwise, product arrived as described, although I haven't used it yet.

The lamp I ordered was reasonably priced, and it arrived safely and quickly. Further, it's exactly right for my needs. However, I was disappointed that it came wrapped in several layers of non-recyclable plastic, which is more than a little ironic when your company is all about enjoying natural environments. There won't be much to enjoy if we don't eliminate plastic waste, obviously. Please review your packaging materials as a matter of priority - it's easy to find recyclable and compostable plastics, if you must use plastic for shipping. Even if it increases retail prices slightly, I'm sure many of us would be willing to pay a little extra for the environmental protection afforded by responsible packaging materials.

CouriersPlease are a joke, you need to move to Aust Post or a more reliable courier who don't keep missing the delivery that they tell you they will deliver - I'd seriously buy somewhere else if the price was the same (or even a bit more expensive) but they used someone other than Couriers Please.

The tent hasn’t been received yesterday. According to the tracking number it’s been sitting at the original post office for a few weeks.

The product I received was correct and works well. But I did find the delivery was a bit slow. Other that I haven't got a problem.

Bought Happy Bowl Liners. Found them online & was positive it said but 1 get 1 free, but only received 1 box, so was disappointed. They were a bit slow in arriving also, not sure why.

This item while dispatched on the same day may have been separated in the courier's depot from the rest of your order and arrived at a different time. Good product range found the tent we were after, only to have them on backorder, which was supplied in time. Then found I was slugged a delivery fee even though the website indicated free delivery for items over $100. So living 55 kilometers from CBD in Adelaide I was charged a massive fee for delivery, This would not be the case if I was living 55 km from a CBD in the Eastern states. My local Tentworld shop is over 100 km away from me. No problem with tent worlds products, quality great, slow service for deliveries to South Australia.

Only have a po box mail service and although i was only buying a small item was not able to send to post box. I canceled the order once, but found an alternative address to get delivered to, then had to go chasing it. Very disappointing.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your feedback. We use a mixture of Post and Courier Companies to transport our gear around to our customers nationally. Like many other online companies that manage freight this way, we have had to disallow PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers to allow freight automations to work productively. Good communication after ordering and tracking provided. Unfortunately Toll delivered to the wrong address and did not follow up.

Tent looks good but had manufacturers fault. Bought online so have to deal with qld not local store. Issue slowly being resolved….3 weeks in

Had not received by second week of January rang the 1300 number got customer service was suppose to ring me back on the Monday never happened. Have not been able use as was delivered after camping trip when it was required for.
