Ordering, despatch and delivery of my item was exceptional, 10/10. But with my fridge playing up within 24 hours and the only option is to take it to some electrician who told me it could be 4 weeks or so is frustrating to say the least. Bought brand new for a camping trip that weekend and the one after both cancelled. Obviously it’s not your fault it failed but considering you have more sitting on the shelf this should be a policy like Bunnings etc that the customer gets to swap for another one and you guys chase up the manufacturer, minimising the the disconvenience

Disappointed with a recent warranty return of Hi-Tec boots. Description and accompanying photo should have been sufficient to accept the claim, satisfy the customer, and take the matter up with your supplier. Instead, I had to await confirmation from your supplier before a replacement pair of boots were provided and I was without the goods I had paid for. In my opinion, TW should have made the call and kept a satisfied customer. Kirsty and Tracey were great.

Hi Malcolm, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed you weren't entirely happy with the warranty process. While the ultimate decision is with us, the retailer, it is common that the manufacturer of items insists on being involved in the process. Some manufacturers are quicker than others and we expedite this process as much as possible to obtain the fastest response. Service was great no complaints there. The product I received (opinel knife) looked like it was already used with the edge dulled and had micro chips in it. So pretty sure someone purchased the knife previously or has been used prior to shipping. Not too impressed.

Significant delay between placing order (Feb 21st) and it being shipped from Tent World (March 9th) resulted in me not having the freeze dried food that I'd ordered arrive before I started on the Overland Track. Had to buy food from a camping store instead.

The online purchase of a gift card for my brother. It finally did arrive yet was only received as TentWorld customer service phone staff member helped to find it, which took a bit of messing around on my part, the staff member had to check things and on the gift recipients part. The online experience of purchasing a gift card for another person was confusing, as instead of saying it would be emailed, the online form asks for a physical delivery address on payment and its not clear on final payment how the gift card will be sent to the recipient (post or email?). The surprise was ruined as I had to check with the recipient to see if they had received it, then with TentWorld as they could not find it either in their email or physical address (both were correctly filled out in the online forms). Suggest a rethink of the messaging through the online shopping experience, so its clear to shoppers what is happening with online vouchers purchased as gifts for others living at different addresses. At least, the voucher arrived and the recipient is a frequent TentWorld client so will enjoy it. I am a new client and sadly not impressed as mentioned, above.

We understand this can be confusing when assuming that the gift card is physically being sent, when in fact it is emailed. in store shopping is 5 star. online is ok but delivery is by a courier that has a lot of delays which is understandable but their tracking system is not very good. customer service from tentworld when called was also great.

Not a problem with Tentworld they were very responsive. My issue is with the courier company. They picked up the item a couple of suburbs away on Thursday and I did not receive it till Monday. Not a good performance for a courier.

I love my new torch but the courier you use are inept. After requesting 2 or 3 times to leave it near my front door, it was put into mt mail box where its is vulnerable to theft. Could impact on Wether I purchase from you again.

They have great products, great presentation, easy parking and website is great and easy to use. Only complaint is when you ring up their staff to ask if a product is available they say it is so you take the time to drive 45 minutes to get there and it’s not there, or second time around they put the wrong colour aside for me so both times I wasted 2 hours of my life and ordered online instead! Lesson learned: Use online where you can.

shopping experience good, but product does not kill anything but moths. bought 2 bug zappers that are basically useless. hopefully tentworld in future ensures they sell products that work

Here is my problem. Your asking me which shop I purchased an item. The shop was my kitchen table (not an option you provided. Also, I have purchased a couple of products from you lately (all good products), but which one am I reviewing.

Product is great, ordering was easy and efficient. However, delivery options mention Couriers Please in very small print, which I failed to notice. Of course they didn’t notify me of delivery, of course I couldn’t contact them because they are uncontactable, so OF COURSE I had to drive a 90 minute round trip to the nearest depot to collect my purchase. Please don’t offer free delivery if it involves a courier service that doesn’t actually deliver. It might be a cheap option for you but you and your customers are being ripped off. I only ever deal with vendors that use Australia Post and this experience has reinforced to me why. I like Tentworld, but will never again shop online with you, and since your nearest store to me is 40 minutes drive away, that cuts me out as a future customer, sorry.

Hi, I haven't actually received my order as yet, I think it has been lost by Aus post. Someone on your customer service team has been trying to track it down but I still haven't seen any sign of it. Communication has been good but unable to review the product at this stage.

Happy with the dispatch, delivery took a little longer that expected but that is beyond the control of tent world. 2 items were never delivered being 2 carabiners.

Shipping was excellent and the product is great. However no pins were included - assuming they were taken out and no checked before posted. We could not tie our gazebo down.
