“This review would be a 5 if it wasn't for the postage. So far after 15 days still hasn't arrived. Plus i had to cancel some of my holidays because of this parcel not arriving as we had to use it.”

“Our tent was delivered without poles. Still waiting for the poles to arrive so I can't review the tent as we're unable to use it.”

Hi Julia I've had a look into your order and have found that the pole box had been sent on a separate consignment to the tent. I've forwarded the tracking information for this parcel to your email address. Please let me know if there is anything more we can do to help

“The tent was NOT factory-packed. It was very crumpled (wasn't carefully repacked following original creases) and smelled a bit 'cheesy'. The box had been wet and mould had started to form both on the box and tent canvas. Not happy! However, because we were extremely pleased with the tent itself, having chosen it after a lot of research we decided to erect it to let it breathe. Also returning it was too much hassle as we were heading off to go camping soon afterwards. Fortunately the smell has mostly dissipated. It would have been respectful if we were warned that it wasn't factory-packed.”

“The products I ordered were of good quality and in stock but I didn’t like that they were sent as two separate items as I received one of them last week and the other one I has not been delivered yet. I would have preferred to have them delivered at the same time.”

Likely due to the shape and size they were each given their own label as they were unable to be packed together. Once picked up, they were likely separated in the courier depot. “One order came in 4 deliveries, I wasn’t in a rush for this order this time around so I’m not fussed but look into your delivery system and try and clean that up a bit. Your delivery charges for this order must have costed you money, clean up and deliver in full for further orders. Happy clients and happy boss = happy days. Cheers & thank you”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your email and feedback. Having investigated what had happened, it appears that we dispatched all on the same consignment. As the items were in separate boxes they will sometimes be separated from each other in courier depots which does sometimes mean they get delivered on different days. This is not want we or our customers would prefer, and hope that this improves in the short term. “I was surprised that the head-lamp is not very bright, I've bought much cheaper rechargeable head torches that throw a stronger light than this one. It's nice and small (and light-weight) tho so it's not too bad.”

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your feedback and review, it's much appreciated. The headlamp is rated to 250 lumens at its maximum brightness setting. If you have a product that is similar to compare to, I would recommend doing a comparison. If the headlamp is not producing 250 lumens we shall investigate further with a potential warranty claim. “Tentworld was good but the courier was horrible. My parcel was sent through couriers please and it sat at their Brisbane depot without it being touched for a week and the same with the Sydney depot for a week before they even got touched. Even rang them twice ordering them to get it moving as noone touched them to get it to me. Tentworld never use them again.”

“Finally recieved my delivery it was shipped on the 30thsept and was delivered on the 16th oct when i contacted tentworld i was told that it had arrived at the depot in Newcastle on the 7th but instead of chassing up for me they said wait a few more days and see what happens blame the shop or blame the courier i dont know but it should have een quicker than it was”

“Hi Thanks for your request. I actually haven't received my item yet thanks to Australia Post delays. What would be good however would be that your delivery estimates reflected Australia Posts capability. Understand you can't control Australia Post but the delivery time when I ordered was well before now.”

“Hi. The tent I purchased had small holes in the bottom. No problem, I contacted my nearest store to organise a replacement. I brought my "new" tent home, to find that it wasn't folded very well, & that there was dried grass inside . . . sigh!”
