Hard to rate as I am yet to receive the goods, not sure if it's a problem from the postage side or tentworld.

Hello TW, I would like to give you a higher rating. The delivery was quick. Unfortunately you were let down by your courier company who delivered the shower tent to a neighbour down the road. He took a photo of the package on the neighbour's doorstep and sent it to me. The neighbour brought it to me...i thought he was the courier, until he explained who he was and what happened. regards Mic lucky i have an honest neighbour, heh!!

The foxwing bag must have been sitting for a long time as one of the straps on inside broke as soon as i pulled it tight.

Postage time was good but the product has been falling apart end pole snapped first use and so did the eyelet that holds the end pole, currently looking for parts to fix it

The three stars are for the product, price and ease of Tentworld website to order. The 2 missing stars are for the delivery, which was very unsatisfactory. I changed plans to be home to collect but received a text to stay my item couldn't be delivered as I was not home. Further communication told me a card had been left which it hadn't. The delivery company uses 1 way communication - no option for me to contact them. On calling, Tentworld provided me with their number, and when I contacted the company they were unable to tell me where my parcel was and referred to the non-existent card. It took a few calls over 48 hours to find where I could pick up my parcel, frustrating when I was home all along and have a loud door buzzer.

Haven’t had time to use the water heater but I was amused that it took a week to come from Queensland when there is a store in Western Australia

The customer service was very helpful but did take ages to sort our issue out as once they went back to the counter to find out specifications and availability they were caught up in processing people wanting to pay for their items.

Didn't have the exact supapeg ridge pole i was after and had not previously responded to email enquiry to source the exact one i was after. Also didn't have in stock the "bird beak" fitting i was after. The young ch asp on the register was useless.

Customer service poor and short have not had a chase up call. But have not yet been to the store only phone call. Very disappointing

You have great stuff, however your staff are always wandering around doing things, looking busy, but they will walk straight past a customer without a simple, can I help you. Customer in shop always comes first!

My purchase (beach dome) arrived quickly and efficiently. Unfortunatley, I had to return the tent as it was the wrong item. I returned the tent to Apsley store who were going to process the refund. 3 weeks has past and still no refund (Order # W401513), could you please advices. Regards....richard

Was excellent when camping in fine conditions. Just returned from camp trip were we had strong winds and moderate rainfall- the awning leaked mildly along zipper attachment and despite using stronger pegs for strength and many guy ropes the awning poles did not stand up to the wind and had to pull down in middle of night as one pole came down and awning flapping like crazy in wind.

Great Oxtrail Deluxe Camp Table supplied. However experience delivery was poor which bought the overall experience down. Tentworld felt it was up to me to review the delivery provider. However Tentworld commissioned the courier, therefore it becomes part of their service package.
