Ordered a batwing awning, 9 days for delivery!! Never again will I order online with the current delivery service.

Product was great but paid for express delivery and it was delivered too late to be able to be used for the trip meaning the purchase was a waste.

The biggest disappointment was waiting 5 months for my cover. I noted that the caravan covers are cheaper then when I purchased my cover in November.

Pretty disappointed with quality. Used twice. The bed straps have sagged considerably at the ends Needs two pillows now just to keep head at a comfortable height. One of the frame joints has pushed through the stitching. I'll be taking g it back for a refund. I only weigh 80kg so I'm not that heavy. Disappointed as I thought was a buying a premium product at a premium price.

Called in to the store looking for a gazebo from Outdoor Connection, was told none in stock would need to order it... decided to shop around and couldn’t find one. So called to place one on back order. Only to be told they had one in stock??? Returns again and purchased it - hence 3/5 for service. However when we pitched it for the first time 5 days later to find it full of little holes- seams like it may have been ex display or something??? Hopefully it’s not normal for this product??? Will find out when we return from the camping trip. Not happy Jan!!!!

We were so excited to have our first visit to tent world a few weeks ago and was so disappointed . The store is messy and staff don’t seem to be too educated on products . We had researched our items we wanted on line so fortunately knew what we were doing. Tent world do have some good specials, but rather visit the store might stick to on line shopping .

Always good pricing except when their system rings up the non-advertised price and you have to convince them to look at their own catalogue on their counter and then it feels like they do you a favour by selling it at the advertised price (saying ok just give it to then at that price....)

Hi , really sorry to hear you're having a hard time getting your parcel delivered. All the couriers we use, we find to be reliable - but unfortunately, sometimes errors in their systems happen & it seems like your parcels having some troubles. Very frustrating & I'm sorry this is happening to you. I can see you've been in contact with our customer service team, and that they're working on resolving this for you. Product was as I ordered but I did not receive emails indicating when I could expect it I had to chase them up to find out and all I got was “call toll on this number” and had to navigate Toll’s circus It only just arrived in time All in all ok but not exceptional

The customer experience at the Bankstown location needs improving, particularly the younger male staffs. However, one particular female staff was super helpful and friendly.

Tentworld delivered a Companion Cast Iron Country Cooker - 1 Burner from QLD to VIC in under 48 hour; however the burner needed to quality control as it did not bolt together without some modification.

was given two different sizes for the queen stretcher tent (heights) for stretcher needed something high due to bad knees, told two different heights so no longer buying it

Overall service ok from Prospect SA team- I bought a EVAKOOL 80L fridge/freezer and found that the gentlemen serving me had less product knowledge than I did and couldn’t provide answers. Thankfully I was well informed or you would have lost the sale. I also feel that the sales team should could be more ‘cheerful’ and show more enthusiasm in their general demeanour. I work in sales , doing this gives confidence to your customers, knowing and seeing evidence that the staff are a happy bunch helps repeat custom.
