I was disappointed to find the camping pantry bag had a hole in it. It was a Father’s Day present but I didn’t notice until I gave it to him to unwrapped which was a shame. It wasn’t damaged in transit as there was no damage to packaging

Only 1 of my 2 parcels were received when I have sent emails regarding the missing item I get excerpts of delays from toll and estimated times. I have launched an entity with toll but not yet had much luck. It looks like 2 consigned but 1 was tracked the whole way. This was a Father’s Day present. A bit disappointed with the lack of support or follow up. I purchased from Tentworld as I had gone into a store locally pre lock down and was impressed with the staff customer service so was happy to purchase again from you. But now not so impressed.

I haven't received my item yet. This is significantly upsetting as it was part of a birthday gift.

Hi Lilia, Thank you for your review and feedback. We had dispatched your order on 24th August which was picked up from us by Australia Post. Your tracking indicates that delivery has indeed been delayed with an estimate of 07-10 September. They note on the tracking that most deliveries occur within five business days of running late. If this isn't the case please reach out to us at support@tentworld.com.au where we can lodge an enquiry on your behalf. We are sorry that your delivery has taken longer than hoped. ~Dan

Guys, I suppose this is an automated system, but I bought a very small item from you and it was posted to me. Nothing remarkable about that. I received it and it's all good thank you, but if I had walked into a shop and bought the same thing I would never be asked to write a review so why with this purchase. I am very tired of this sort of spam email. I hope you guys actually pay attention to this type of feedback rather than listening to some dubious marketing 'guru' who is advocating you send this type of noise. Thanks, but no more!

Product slightly more expensive than market price, but sale made it more reasonable. Shipping fine, but with my least favourite courier company. But would shop there again

I ordered two 10 litre Sea to Summit water bladders which the website said were in stock. A few days later I got an email saying they weren't in stock and gave me the option to cancel. We were in no hurry so I didn't cancel and I got a number of subsequent emails giving, sometimes conflicting, updates on when they would arrive. They finally arrived in two separate parcels on separate days even though they seemed to have been sent from the same place which is actually less than 10km from where I live. All a bit weird and haphazard but they are here now!

Great experience in store, but I think you need to upgrade the path from the car park to the front door. 2 days after rain, it was still sloppy & had me jumping around to set foot on grass patches. Having said that, the driveway & parking lot could use some attention, worried about setting foot in a puddle, when I stepped out of my vehicle

Purchased a mitchell discovery centre pole was cracked where you tighten in middle still works but I needed it so couldn't send back little dissapointed.

Product arrived after about a 6 week delay. Was informed after order and payment that product out of stock. Not given time when product would be available. Better to inform when ordering that product not in stock.

I wanted to compare the all weather stretcher to the easyfold that was on display. Store staff refused to open one up so I could compare. Going to store is no better than shopping online.

Great gear, pity staff are not interested in offering help. Been in twice in last couple months, staff are congregated around the counter. You can walk up and down the aisles, nobody asks if you need a hand. I wanted to walk out, but we approached team member, who was very helpful in the end.
