Tent world stock what everyone else stocks. So what will seperate tent word from the rest will be customer service. Please check out Fox tail 4x4 on YouTube as we plan on doing a full review on our channel . In the next few weeks. Products are great and price points are competitive but the gift voucher process that can only be used online is bazaar, I had the gear I needed at the counter but was told no can do with gift voucher so had to go home and order same online but less quantity as now had to use part of the voucher for the postage charge - go figure !!!!!

Hi Clive. Thank you for your feedback. The need for online and in-store gift cards is due to a system limitation on our end and we are looking for ways to have this improved. In the meantime if you give us a call on 07 4634 4150 we can manually use the gift card that has been purchased for either. I hope this has answered your enquiry. Knowing the item was not in stock at start would have helped instead of looking at post office for item.

Lousy on the discounts. Spent a few hundred dollars and they only gave me a few dollars off an already damaged canvas bag.

Tentworld had some issues with back orders, when packages arrived boxes where broken. Great customer service with the back orders and processing of the products.

Purchased a Darche swag they didn't take it out of the box to have a look or explain anything. When I got home 100 ks away I found the swag was faulty the base material had a manufacturing fault with the reinforced PVC material had small holes. I contacted Darche with photos & they are replacing it under warranty. This could have been avoided if sales people had opened the box . I will never leave a store without checking contents again.

Unfortunately if your waiting to get some help with finding things and you’re waiting at the checkout to pay it’s slow as there ever only have minimal staff with great knowledge and service skills which leaves one register sitting idol. 😢

Sale catalogue items out of stock 3 days after starting. Service staff long-winded obtaining stock from back store area. Service staff lacking sales pitch, didn't offer promo & membership without being asked by myself.

At the time of producing our catalogue, we anticipated we had enough stock to cover until the end date of the catalogue. As this is not an exact science we can only make educated estimates. Sometimes, the demand is greater than anticipated and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. You are of course welcome to purchase in-store or online to secure the price currently listed. Great service but my product was faulty and it took a long time to get a replacement unit. Apart from that the product is great thanks.

Was happy with product and speed of postage. Was a little disappointed with communication in that the website shop said item would ship the following day. Instead I had to call up and ask if it had shipped at which point I was emailed a tracking number.
