My order was split for some reason which in my experience wasn’t ideal. Good comms re delivery deal etc

Portable toilet was fine. Delivery was very late. I bought it pre order and was given a delivery date. Had not received 14 days later, even though it was in stock on their website. Rang them and they confirmed it was in stock and they were selling it in their stores. I was told they would sent it " in a few days". I felt this was pretty average, since I'd already paid for it.

Further, when our customers ask for refunds, provided we've not already dispatched the goods - we process these requests by COB each day... Website is ok, could use a refresh. Date of shipping was incorrect and delayed twice but final product was delivered and is what I ordered.

Unfortunately due to pre Christmas and covid restrictions I had to wait over 2 months for my purchase to be delivered. The only communication I received was monthly explaining it would be another month. Otherwise happy with service.

Products great , delivery all over the place. links provided showed couriers please also sent australia post links . Took 2 weeks , 3 seperate deliveries . casual support on the phone , but not bad .

Slow to respond to order, despite listed time until dispatch noted in each items listing details. Slow to ship and delivery regardless of the listed dispatch time. But for the savings, you cant do better. Just allow yourself a lot of extra time until you actually NEED the things you order here.

The Oztrail gazebo has a well built frame and seems to handle high winds and heat with ease, only issue is that I’m not sure why they have a hydroflow system on a fabric which isn’t waterproof, the cover doesn’t pool like other brands but leaks like a sieve, if I had been made aware of this by sales staff I would have not purchased 2 units . Found out the hard way during a wet camping trip, very disappointing.

I will continue to use Tentworld for camping supplies, however, the young lady that served us at Christmas could use a training course in customer service. I had to convince my wife to complete the purchase in response to her "assistance".

Your book was apparently not in stock and had to wait an extra 2weeks for delivery NOT impressed/ If you dont have it in stock at time of purchase you should let the customer know so I can shop somewhere else. PRETTY SIMPLE. hows this for a review . Im going to buy a camping fridge $1500 worth / Can I trust TENTWORLD to have it in stock at time of purchase / I don,t know???????????????????????????

Range of products, ease of use of on-line shopping site and responsiveness of staff all excellent. However, there are long delays for some items: Still waiting on a Black Wolf sleeping bag and camping shovel ordered several weeks ago.

Hi Jan, ​Thanks for your feedback. I do apologise for the delayed shipment, often stock availability can be a hard thing to estimate once we've run out of ours. While we are typically quite generous in our estimations, delays do regularly occur in transport. Now that the tent has arrived though, I trust you'll get plenty of good use and enjoyment out of it! Hi Dale, ​Thanks for reaching out. We're really sorry about the delayed delivery. Couriers Please has been quite reliable for the majority of 2020 - in particular when a lot of other carriers struggled during the early stages of the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately, being a smaller company, they struggled to keep up with a massive spike of deliveries in Christmas period. We did change partners when we were notified of the situation, but that was too late for deliveries already in their network. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Now that the goods have arrived though, I trust you'll get plenty of good use out of them. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with. ​Thanks and Happy New Year ~ Jarrod.

The guy who served us was nice and informative but it would have been nicer if he and or the two or three other sales attendants gave me a hand with the very heavy RV 5 box instead of just standing there watching me struggling with it to my car.
