Used to be our favorite go to place. Spent a lot of money over the years. Sarah in Toowoomba is great but some staff just don't know how to deal with people. Our experiences for some time now have been very ordinary. We don't visit as much as we used to. Your gas has also become expensive so that also keeps us away from your stores. Sorry.

Hi , really sorry to hear you're having a hard time getting your parcel delivered. All the couriers we use, we find to be reliable - but unfortunately, sometimes errors in their systems happen & it seems like your parcels having some troubles. manager of the shop in Adelaide need to learn a bit more about customer service. I was there on Saturday 12.12.20 . He successfully not sold me products that I came to buy.

The store I visited in Fyshwick didn't have any stock of the product I purchased and I was forced to purchase on line. The on line experience was fine and delivery was prompt. I feel that the lack of stock and the reliance on the on line store will find a reduction of store activity.

We are at the mercy of our suppliers and rely on the estimated date that they give us. This in turn is communicated to our customers. Receive mallet that was dusty/already used, and felt a lack of empathy from customer service rep. Returns policy should looked to be improved.

I actually ended up with purchasing the item at Tweedhead Tentworld, those team members were not too bad but honestly I wish I could make a purchase at Brown Plains as Brett from Brown Plains was so helpful over the phone. he tried to help as much as he could to find the item I inquired even though his shop's stock was out already.

We purchased a set of Max Trax as a Christmas gift. We tried to return the purchase in perfect condition still in original packaging due to someone else also purchasing the same item for the same person. I could not get a refund, only a store credit as it was classed as a 'Change of mind' return. It was not a change of mind purchase, there was no point in giving the same item to someone that had already been purchased.

Product not available only 1 from 2 able to be ordered. Refund given on item not in stock. Item that was available was lost by couriers and refund given but took over a week to be refunded. Disappointed and will be very careful in doing future orders.

Great range of products, but to have 6 staff working and not one come and ask if there was anything they could help with, isn't really good enough.

Lacked salespeople as I had to take the ice box to the car myself The cashier was good but couldn’t attend to other items I was interested in.

Staff was not aware of new customers walking into the store and looking for product. I had to look for a member of staff to help me and even then it was not clear who the staff was. The staff was friendly and helpful when I was finally able to speak to someone.

Dear Tentworld I needed to pick up my Zempire Evo TS Air which was purchased online and I will put up eventually. I did notice however the following re the store and loss of sale to Tentworld. The store appeared upside down or a lot of stock all over the place - Did not look inviting to want to stay longer to browse. I was prepared at the time to purchase an Oztent Kitchen Cupboard for $160 was told store did not have any and best if I was to order online - Basically if the the store could have ordered for me there and then I would have proceeded with the purchase of two Oztent - Went back home and noticed the exact same item on line for $110.00 Unfortunately Tentworld missed out - Perhaps they can offer this service there and then to customers. Thank you you anyway-
