You need to come up with a better gift voucher idea.. I went into tent world asking to buy a card that could be used both online or in store as I was unsure how the recipient would shop.. only to be told “Not able to do that” advise to buy a online which then the person could buy a instore one if they chose to buy in store.. highly recommend you look at changing this as a option.. cause that’s a look a lot mucking around when bcf you can just purchase a hard card voucher and use it however you please.. I would rate your gift card ways a 1/5 however the staff in store where a 5/5 and apologised by this crazy system and agreed it’s a joke so they get a 5/5 so in the middle a 3/5 for Tentworld

After initial issues with the delivery of item. Tent world correspondence was good and arranged alternate delivery through a different courier company. Unfortunately due to no fault of sender this has tainted the experience, however item received in good condition as expected.

On 1st October I ordered 2 items; Campfire 9Q Camp Oven Pack & Camp Chef 35cm (14in) Deluxe Dutch Camp Oven Lid Lifter. Ordering online was easy and notification of order was quickly e-mailed back to me. The 9Q Camp oven pack was delivered promptly and is a great product and exactly as described. I am still waiting for the Lid lifter which will likely be delivered some time in December.

I was happy with my purchase once it arrived but was unimpressed with the amount of time it took to receive my order. I would have liked to know the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock before purchasing.

The product is great but the courier service is not great for rural properties. I got an email to say it was delivered to a shop half an hour from where I live.

I ordered and paid for 2 items which I was led to believe would be available on Monday. It is now after close of business Tuesday and haven’t even received a phone call. Disappointing.

THE GOOD: Tentworld dispatched the item very promptly after receiving the order. Tentworld cares about the experience of their customer by providing this review opportunity. THE BAD: Please choose your shipping partner (CouriersPlease) more carefully. The whole experience of shopping with Tentworld is completely ruined by the courier. It would be nice to provide (more responsible) courier options to customers during checkout with extra cost on shipping.

Purchase experience was good. Fast delivery. Website is ok. After sales needs some work. We had an accident and damaged part of our item. When I enquired about a spare I was told Tentworld doesn't stock spares, call the supplier. I would expect a business would have the courtesy to make these enquiries on behalf of a customer and come back with an answer. Either way, I'd probably shop elsewhere based on the after sales experience.

Hi Matt, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunetly with all the tents and products we sell it is not possible for us to have spare parts for all of them. However, we are able to place a warranty claim to our supplier to confirm if we are able to have the damaged parts supplied and sent to you under warranty. To have this checked into please email support@tentworld.com.au with pictures showing the faulty parts (and part numbers if possible) with your order number in the subject line. Pack had been dropped and box was badly damaged, delivery man said it was already damaged, unpacked tent and is is ok, just the tent bag is damaged, I left poor feedback for the courier as I think he did drop it
