“Delivery time was poor.”

“No attempt was made to bring the delivery down the drive to the house but was left on the ground beside the mailbox visible to walkers and drivers. The instructions were also to bring down the driveway but this was ignored. Delivery wad camp oven kit”

“Tentworld is great, amazing service in store, I cannot sing the praises of the in store experience enough but I will never buy from them online as they use Toll as their courier and Toll are useless. From Toowoomba to Brisbane a package taking more then a week is unacceptable (especially when AusPost/StarTrack can deliver from interstate in a day or two). I ordered two items and only one has arrived, Toll customer service were unhelpful when I rang up. If Tentworld starts using someone else other then Toll then 5 stars but Toll has soured my view of purchasing online from Tentworld.”

“I found the store customer service less than satisfactory, however the online service was quite good. As my order had to be made; there was some delay in posting the tracking information. Updating the order with where the order is with production and an estimated delivery date would have been helpful.”

“Delivery took 5 days. The RV3 Deluxe front panel was missing the fly eyelet(which I haven't heard back about yet. 3 days) The side panels are very good as is the tent fly.”

“I don't make too much money and to be successful in life I think that I have to be prepared to go through the motions, In thinking of tentworld I feel boosted to work this out the store offers me something in the way of preparation I like it - I like it alot!! and I guess I can look at cat camping books until I get stuff sorted that I can finally holiday better.”
