“Products are amazing but the courier, couriers please took a week to deliver from Brisbane to sunny coast meaning we didn't have products for our camping trip”

“It was confusing experience: firstly, the tent appeared to be available just in store. I called the Midland store and it appeared to be out of stock - or available just in Sydney. Despite the message I pressed the order button and surprise, surprise it worked... BUT I had to pay the $25 shipping fee despite the ad that shipping is free over $169. The tent arrived soon, didn't open the box yet. Jo, Perth”

“The tent was damaged and it was easy to identify. the handle of the bag was broken. Also there was hole on the tent (ground part). to change it was quick when I went to Brendale Store in Brisbane.”

“Got this response from you guys re my review (see below). In my review I did draw a comparison between you and Snowys especially in view of your slower postage. You pointed out that there have been issues with postage from QLD and I am sure you are correct on this. But in addition I feel you need to look at your own processes of dispatch. My order was made at 9.30am and yet the order was not posted until the next day. Snowy's seem to have a policy of same day dispatch on orders made early in the day. Michael Good afternoon Michael. Thanks for your feedback. We are finding that shipping from our SE QLD base to Victoria is taking a couple of extra days as opposed to shipping from an Adelaide base. The transport companies are telling us there is way more Freight heading North to South from QLD at the moment for online businesses. We are hoping they pick up their game soon. Cheers and thanks again for your input. The Tentworld Team "Michael Ralston" Prices were good and communication also. Postage was slowish with the item arriving 5 days later. I understand that Covid isn't helping this but as a point of comparison I ordered 2 items from Snowys recently. One arrived the next day, the other within 2 days.”

“It would be nice if Tentworld is more price competitive. Also, it is expensive to order online from Tentworld as no free shipping is offered for Perth based shoppers. Your Midland store is too far to travel to for most people. Please don’t call it your Perth store when it is actually located 30km from Perth CBD.”

“The purchase was good and so is the product but the delivery was terrible. They left it outside my front gate in plain sight waiting to be stolen. No phone call as requested, and no drop off at delivery hub as requested. It was a fluke that we saw it on the footpath at all. Tentworld would have had to replace the order if someone else had picked it up. DP”
