“Was happy with the product but the case for the BBQ was broken went to local tentworld store to be told they had none in stock”

“I bought my Compainion 2kg washing machine because it's the right size to fit on my boat. I read the owners manual carefully and weighed the first load to make sure I didn't overload it. I found that 2 kg of clothes was too much for its capacity. I took some items out and have been running it with no more than 1.5 Kg or less than 3/4 full with the tub filled with water as it agitates better that way. What I discovered is it regularly trips my power out even with every other A/C device turned off. I don't understand how a machine rated at 170 watts can trip the power out when My 1800 watt hot water heater does not”

“I won't be able to review until things go wrong. So far so good. Last purchase - a tent- Midland Tentworld's management was woeful deferring to MSR tents at every turn BUT I bought the tent from them. Customer service at that time not good.”

“Tentworld staff very helpful, however, unable to provide a definitive ETA which is frustrating given the tent is required for an upcoming trip. Placed order for Darche roof tent 1 week ago. Called Darche who confirmed the product is in stock. Find it strange that tentworld staff don’t have visibility or access to this info. Still waiting for confirmed ETA.”

“It was a reasonable customer service experience but no great. I understand deliveries are difficult during the COVID-19 outbreak - from order to front door. So delivery is my 'beef'. I have ordered several items online and it appears - hopefully for an overseas order it is approximately a month. One compliment I will give is your online store works well. Thumbs up.”

“I was happy with the service but not with the delivery. The product was left on my verandah (which was ok) but there was zero packaging on the outside of the product so it was obvious to all what was sitting there. Luckily no one stole it”

“I tried buying something online, I got a phone call say the message confirming my purchase was incorrect, person said they would check when available, no call back. I called my local store and asked what was happening, 1 week later, apologies and would call me back when ordered and arrived. 1 week later I called again, still item not ordered, then told better to order online. Finally order arrived via delivery.”

“Good website and good price. Unfortunately our tent took 6 working days to arrive. The online consultant said it would be 1-3 working days. So we didn’t have tent on the weekend that we needed it which was disappointing.”

“Not really fair to review Tentworld on my recent experience as it appears Aus Post are at fault; been waiting over two weeks for delivery! To be fair Tentworld dispatched the item promptly and were quick to respond to my queries and lodge an investigation with Aus Post. Going forward I will steer toward suppliers who use other delivery providers as this is not my only issue with Aus Post currently.”

“Purchased some replacement knobs for my primus cook top. Bought a set that "fits most" cool tops. Didn't fit the primus but that said they were not sold as a definite fit so that's my fault. Tent World is reasonably priced and posted fast! I would defiantly purchase again from the and recommend the same!”
