“delivery took to long something to do with a toll issue but other than that great service and item as described”

“Delayed delivery, probably courier related, I had to wait for Toll to find the shipment. Also, I've contacted Evecoll re: connecting the fridge wifi to my phone, so far no useful reply.”

“I got the tent relatively quick, however the vital leg of the tent was faulty, shot a video, quick turnaround to give me updates. Supplier to send me a replacement leg, but still yet to receive that. Oh and the $5 voucher did not came with the delivery. I think it?s unfortunate for me to get a faulty product other wise would rate 4 starts. 5 if voucher was also included.”

“We called into Tentworld in Ferntree Gully one day last week looking for a replacement electric cord for a Companion Mini Evaporative Cooler and was told that Companion would be back at work this week, and it is now the end of Thursday and I haven't been advised one way or the other as yet. With the hot weather we are experiencing, I need the Cooler. Any purchases I have made at Tentworld have always arrived on time and in good condition.”

“Item wasn?t mailed until a week after I bought it, wasn?t impressed considering I had also paid for express postage to make it arrived in time. Bought on the Wednesday (11th) rang on Friday to make sure it was on it?s way and told it was on the picking list for that day and got an email the next Thursday (19th) to say it had just been posted. Finally arrived Monday (23rd).”

“The delivery was 4 days late, and I needed to use the tent before then. Other deliveries I'd had from Tentworld came much faster. The tent came at exactly the same time from DHL as another delivery from another company (and that was late too) so I expect DHL combined both the two and waited to save themself two trip!”
