Delvery has been held up twice which is very frustrating - still waiting.

Annoying the possibility of the fan being able to be used for 240v also, by buying an adapter isn't mentioned in the description. If it were mentioned i would have brought the two items together qualifying for free postage and saved myself $14 postage, & an inconvenient trip to the store to purchase the adapter.Not impressed by that...

Quick shipment, but I had asked for a different colour of the sleeping bag than what I received. Since they were on sale and a last minute purchase, I could not be bothered to exchange. I had good experience with Tentworld in the past

Recently ordered new guy ropes. Tracking advice indicated package had been dispatched. It was not and after following this up staff told me they would attend to the matter. I checked again days after and the package was still not dispatched with no advice as to delay. Very unusual for Tentworld, usually spot on with the whole buying process. Ruined my entire camping trip as a result as I live in a rural area with limited access to a local supplier for guy ropes and I was not going to buy more ropes.

Hi Margaret, thank you for your email & thank you for your support. Sorry that we have not met expectations this time around. I've taken a look at the order, and it does seem that sadly our carriers have dropped the ball for us on this one. From what I can see - we took your order at 9pm on Sunday night, and we had it packed and sent by 10am on Monday morning. This seems to be where it's gone haywire - somehow - the parcel we have sent has missed every scan in the Toll network until it made it to SYDNEY - where it's been scanned this morning and appears to be on its way to you again. Something has gone wrong in the network here - perhaps our shipping label has been damaged, and was not scannable - but it does look to have resolved itself now and that you should receive your parcel in the next couple of days. Really sorry about this. I hope that you do give us another opportunity in the future where I know we will once again impress! Kind Regards, Tentworld team.

hi, after purchasing the Melody fan heater we found it totally inadaquate for its purpose, heating a small area such as a teardrop camper. We approached the tent world seller, he stated he would not accept a return of the item, as such was stored until recently we approached the Tent world toowoomba warehouse, we found most helpfull. Returned the item and purchased the coleman fan.. We are pleased with the outcome and continue to purchase goods from Tent world. thank you for the great services.. Chris B

We had a couple staff members walk past us several times without asking if they could help us even through we standing in the tent area looking perplexed and in they end actually had to ask someone for help. Labelling and prices on the shelving was confusing and didn't actually relate to the tent we bought. Apart from that we are very happy with the tent.

Whilst the service I received was excellent, I was not advised that there was no refund or that if the product was to be returned it had to be within 3 days. Given the expense that was laid out, it would have been very helpful to have this in advance of the purchase rather than find that out when a return of the goods was attempted. A store credit was of no value to us.
