Purchase & receipt of the item was good but very disappointed that there was a freight charge added to my Hobart City address. Most other Eastern seaboard State Capitals do not incur any charge. I will in future look to purchase items from a supplier who provides items free of postage charges. Thanks for the opportunity to provide this "feedback" to you.

I ordered my chair in December 2019. It arrived in April 2020. People on the phone were pleasant and helpful the many times I had to chase my order. I understand now there was a note on the page stating ‘special order’ however, at no point was I informed that my chair would take soooo long to arrive. I was also told multiple times that it would ‘arrive in the next two weeks’ but it never did. I understand these things happen, but if I had been informed clearly at the outset that it was going to take so long, I would have ordered it elsewhere. Having said all this, I love the chair.

The product and price were fine but the returns policy was an obstacle course. Four emails and I still don’t have a return address and being charged $10 to post seems a bit steep.

Product was delivered OK. Cannot properly review yet as it requires a particular Yamalube oil before use. Because of the lockdown, I have had to chase up a nearby Yamalube supplier (which exposed Yamaha's inaccurate website on distribution) and I am still waiting for the oil to be delivered by post from a Yamaha dealer in Melbourne which was due yesterday. Interestingly, the generator itself is Japanese made in China and distributed by Tentworld in Toowoomba back to me in Victoria (where it was probably originally shipped to?)

It's a bit hard to write a review when you haven't received what you've paid for. The only thing I could review is slow delivery and no idea of when it will turn up?

Hi Dan My order did not arrive on the 26th March - It was received on Monday 6th April. There is obviously an issue with the courier times/transit updates your end also....??? Regards Simon Hardy.

1) Tentworld sends out too many advertising E-mails. 2) Tentworld needs to be more genuine and customer focussed. 3) Tentworld's CEO and owner needs to engage more often directly with customers.

Purchased a Blackwolf tent so I expected the quality to be high. But the 1st time I used it a base peg ring strap had the stitching come apart and the main door zip was very tight and came apart. Tentworld itself was very quick on sending out the tent which was great.

Tentworld was excellent in that my purchase was sent super quick but the product was not as pictured and didn't work on my single hanging hammock chair. It might be good for a tree to tree hammock but not what i wanted.

Dealing with Tentworld was great! Great communication friendly staff. Unfortunately there courier left a $1300 FRIDGE on the door step without a signiture as requested. Really not good enough.

Our tent arrived with a manufacturing issue. Unfortunately Tentworld were unable to guarantee the issue could be corrected by the time of our trip. Luckily we were able to repair the tent ourselves. While Tentworld were prompt in their response to our dispute I would have thought a simple replacement tent given it was a brand new tent the simple resolution would have been to give us a replacement tent given the short time frame we had. Quite a stressful experience

The actual table was received in good order however the picture looked blue and I received grey. It’s only when you expand the picture that it look more grey.

I am unhappy with the no refund policy at your Townsville store. I asked for some advise on a product. The staff member told me if the item I purchased did not fit I could get aa refund as long as the item was in as new condition. When returned a few days later to return the item a different staff member told me I would have except a store credit. I would like a cash refund as I may never need to purchase anything at one of your store?s for many years. I would appreciate a cash refund as I payed with my money that you are unwilling to return to me.

Ordered something in store on a Saturday and was told it would be in by Thursday. I visited the store the following Saturday to pick the item but was told it hadn't arrived yet and that it would be the following weekend. I understand sometimes things are delayed but please let your clients know to save them unnecessary trips.

The staff were pleasant, however the advice was wrong initially on one of the 12v fans and so after getting home and watching your video online I then had to drive all the way back to the store to swap fan. Initially the staff member had said the fan I was looking to buy did not stop oscillating but in fact it did.
