Items were placed on backorder. we were emailed informing of a slight delay and was offered a refund. we chose to wait for the item and are very happy.

Products given to me were the ones on display which I thought were odd. When asked about it I was informed that was all they had - even though on your site it said it was in stock in Punchbowl. Also the store was so busy it took so long to find someone to help me get the products (tables) from the store room. Very frustrating, I almost left. Overall, please improve the customer experience. Plus the website looks and behaves like it's from 1992. Not intuitive. Could really use an overhaul.

I’m glad I wasn’t in hurry to get the RV4 fly as it took quite a while. Based on the price I still got a good deal, but the communication was a little lacking and there should have been a warning at the time of order to indicate that the product wasn’t in stock or there could be a delay on delivery

The product took over a week to deliver. The product was dropped at the front door, I specifically asked them not to do that. The products I purchased are good. Maybe a bit of up-selling would have been a good option as well. Optional extra to go with the products.

I live in the north of WA and when purchasing from your business found I could not pay for the item in its entirety only a deposit of 20%. This was an inconvenience that could be avoided. I was very happy with your staff who were very accomodating.

I ordered a head torch and it was out of stock apparently but it did not say that on your website and took an extra week to arrive . Other than that pretty good

The plastic handle on one of the plugs was broken and the missing plastic pieces were not in the box it came in. The product works,but it was disappointing to receive it broken

My purchase arrived damaged and unusable, so contacted Tentworld and you said it will be replaced but haven't heard or seen anything as yet. Russ Taylor

Ordered a tent online because it was in stock. 2 days later got a email saying it was no longer in stock. Got a full refund by the end of the week was just disapointed

I don't think Tentworld was at fault - but your courier took 3 weeks to deliver the gazebo saying that they have a 25kg limit and that weighs 32kg's so it sat on the floor unattended... and then dragged it down my drive and ripped the cover on delivery... in her defence - she was 5'2" and the thing is heavy as. I then drove down to the Kawana store and swapped for a new one... other than that it was good. :)

I am very happy with the product and delivery time but wasn't happy with your website saying free delivery over a certain amount and the order over this amount and then charge delivery anyway.

I was greeted by two workers behind the counter whom were having a conversation, not acknowledging me apart from a glance. There was no one else in the store. I wandered around for a while before walking back to the counter gaining eye contact before being acknowledged. I felt that I was a nuisance and that I wanted to buy a product was more of an inconvenience to them. I am happy with the product, however I would be happier if I had of bought it from someone with n ounce of customer service and not viewed as another bar-code to be scanned.

Found what i wanted but the price was different from the tag to register it was only $10. Next time ill ask before i buy.... Staff were friendly.
