I cannot rate the products as I have not got them yet....but stars for their courier company (CouriersPlease) ....I have ordered 2×chairs...dispatch was on the 8th of December from Brisbane with final destination Byron Bay...it is currently still in transit....today is 29th of December...according to the new update/records should be delivered today (Tuesday)....cheers Lena

Shipping took over two weeks, also felt the product could of been packaged better for sending, I purchased a metal yeti cup and it wasn’t even bubble wrapped

Hi Olivia. Thanks for your feedback. We have been finding that couriers were a bit swamped pre-xmas, and unfortunately SE QLD based businesses all suffered delays in getting freight out into their networks as quickly as usual. Regarding the YETI packaging, I have instructed our packing team to take a lot more care with these premium products and to make sure they are all bubble wrapped prior to shipment. Thanks again. Got the product at a good price however no staff members were able to answer basic technical questions on its use

I have nothing negative to say regarding my shopping and support experience at Tentworld. I would be more than happy to purchase from them any time. The issue was with the courier service they used. CouriersPlease. They are abysmal. 0 for support and communication. Added to the five stars I would have given Tentworld alone, their association is going to drag down this overall mark. If you do business with Tentworld (and I HIGHLY recommend you do)... make sure they are not using that courier service. Tentworld 5/5 CouriersPlease 0/5

I have purchased a lot from tent world both online and in person. Customer service is fantastic and the product range is superb. My only criticism is online sales are set out slow compared to competitors. That should be improved.

Customer service was good. I called up to see available tents and they put one on hold for me to pick up later. However the product itself: Coleman instant up 8p silver series tent, is disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The tent is roomy and very easy to pitch and pack away but the 1500 water rating of the outer sheath leaks when it rains. We had only light rain over night and the tent didn’t hold up and our bedding got wet. I would not recommend this tent.

A couple of issues with my oztrail air pillar v4 tent purchase, firstly the tent arrived with no pump. The staff at tent world sent out a replacement, and I received it quickly before my trip, so all good. Secondly and the major problem was a design flaw with the tent. The stitching on the bottom of the tent under the air pillars is not water proof. On the very first of night heavy rain, ground water was absorbed through the stitching on the bottom of tent then leached through the Velcro inside the tent that hold the base of the air pillars in place allowing water to pool in several places. The only fix is to water proof the stitching from underneath. Other then that it’s a great tent, easy to erect and pack away and holds up really well in windy conditions. Oztrail really should have picked up on the flaw during testing, I can only speculate they didn’t test for those conditions. In summary, I’m quite happy with tentworld but a little disappointed in oztrail. I have other oztrail stuff and love it.. but feel they kinda dropped the ball on this one.

Took too long - 10days to deliver small package, brought from competitors during Dec: oztent 4days, kyak 2days, lifejackets 1day.

Tent ordered on the 29/11. Delivered on the 20/12. Tent World was excellent in finding the issue with the delivery and also offered in-store pick-up from the Punchbowl store here in Sydney. Tentworld seems to have a good range and the gear is well priced. However the delivery company was absolutely shocking. Maybe a change of courier company will improve the overall customer experience.

Hi, I have recently had my Intrepidor roof top tent delivered. It had some indents in the box, which I was hoping wouldn’t have been much of a drama. However, on unwrapping the dents went in through the flooring of the tent. I have taken photos and can email them through to you. Please let me know which is the best method of contact from here.
