Fyshwick store- female staff normally better than guys. Half the time they just sit behind counter and you have to go up and ask, then they just point in the direction. Vs females normally on floor and walk you over to what you want- much more friendly & helpful

Coleman Northern 4 Person Instant Up Silver Series Tent Give 3 Stars as had for 3 months tent good tent but got rubbing in from a strong storm did withstand the wind without breaking but the Ultra-fine, insect-proof mesh can get wore out easy and TentWorld won’t cover it under warranty, they repaired it for free. Advise do not leave anything close to the Ultra-fine insect-proof mesh when it’s windy.

Their pricing was confusing. My son was excited about a swag price untill we found out it was only for the stretcher but there was nothing saying it was a separate item & no pricing on the swag

Hi. No issues with the staff service. When my hex tent arrive the box was quite bashed with one end ripped open so I was concerned about damage to the tent. I have a picture of you want it. Noting we had visitors arriving, I took it out the box to do a quick inspection, and while I had watched the video, I was rushing to check it and not trying to pop it up as it was windy. Somehow I partly tangled two sides with the poles popped the wrong way! Suffice to say it took three goes and a mate helping to sort the Hex tent back to a pop up in 3 mins! Suggestions for you are to zip shut the door before packing as I think that might prevent a tangle and also it seems quicker to assemble from the same point each time, ie start to the right of the door and work around then the opposite to collapse! And don’t hit your head when you pull down the ceiling! We are looking forward to a camping trip now and the chance to use it, without wasting time! cheers john

Hi John, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed your tent arrived with a damaged box. As long as the product itself isn't damaged during transit, that should be fine. We always recommend setting up in the backyard, as you have done, so that when you need to rely on the tent while camping the process is much easier. Thank you for your review. ~Dan

Tent world should review Toll as a logistics partner. Toll has mis placed two deliveries in a row with the last one lost for 11 days before being delivered. Due to this I doubt I will place any future orders.

We recently purchase a Coleman Instant Up tent, and when erecting it for the first time, discovered one of the poles would not snap into place and stay erect. We contacted Tentworld in regard to a replacement. We were not offered a full replacement tent but a replacement pole was sent to us. At the time of writing (the replacement pole only being received yesterday) we have not repaired/replaced the pole. I hope it will be as easy as we have been told!! The service has been quick and prompt but, we would have been more comfortable with a full replacement tent.

Hi Trevor, Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the shipping times and I have looked into this for you. Your order was made on Saturday 26/01/2020 it with Sunday 27/01/2020 are both non-business day. Monday the 28/01/2020 was the boxing day holiday. Your order was dispatched on 30/12/2020 which is two business days. I can see you were just unfortunate enough to fall on the weekend and public holiday which made dispatch time longer. Although tentworld shipped the item quickly your shipping company has still not delivered over a week later. I suggest changing shipping company as they do not fulfil the delivery time advice that the shop advertises.

While the stock they carry is good, the current world climate has left the shelves severely depleted. Staff courtesy was OK. Considering this is the only store in Victoria, they fell short of my high expectations. Online purchasing is good, 1 item arrived on time as planned and with plenty of email update, second item purchased on line item seem to be delayed due to stock arrival. It to was preceded with plenty of email updates on its arrival.

I attended the store in Adelaide after finding items on sale online but some weren’t there. The response was we sold out and on another item, we’ve never had it. Had to ask for assistance. My previous experience was with your Ferntree Gully store in Melbourne. Service there was Excellent. Just a comparison of service delivery.

Delivery took 6+ weeks (Couriers Please) a total disgrace. Their tracing was hopeless and they did not respond to several followups I was forced to make. Their automated email committed that someone would contact me within 24 hours this never happened on any occasion. Meanwhile, I ordered some computer parts from China around the same time, which arrived in 8 days. Tentworld were not interested in helping followup the delivery. When contacted they just stuck to the Covid Line and 'be patient' - once they made the sale, their service stopped - no customer care at all - they had already been paid. I will not be buying anything from them again. Overall summary: Darche Product: Excellent; Tentworld Service: Average-Poor; Delivery: Very Poor-Disgraceful
