“Products were good but find it disappointing when products are advertised in Sales but Tentworld actually doesn't have the product so you end up waiting months. I also received an email saying my products had been delivered (several months after I had ordered) but one large item was not delivered. Chased it up with Tentworld only to be told the supplier had run out of the product again and it would be further delayed.”

“I bought a Aquaheat shower from them. The unit rattles when i move it. Before switching on I thought i better check if this is normal. Sent photos and video to very polite customer service but after 2 weeks I still dont have answer to pretty simple query! And couldn't for long weekend camping trip!”

“I went into Tentworld Nailsworth to look at 6 person tents, their range on display is very minimal (need to move to a larger premise) and when I asked the salesman, he knew less than me about the Coleman instant up tent I was inquiring about. I ended up purchasing Coleman tent online through Tentworld website, only because it was cheaper than elsewhere. Your staff could learn from Snowy's sales people, they know their products.”

“Purchased 2 items 3 weeks ago. 1 item was shipped to the billing address and not to the shipping address so we had to chase it with the courier company as Toll don't deliver to our area that's why we had a different shipping address. The second item has been lost and therefore we still haven't received it. After trying to track it down through the courier company they cant find it so that solution is going nowhere. Tent World have said a week ago they were shipping a replacement item but its still yet to be dispatched. Overall not that good of an experience to say the least.”

Hi Fatema, Thank you for your review and feedback. Supply chains at the moment are still being repaired and coupled with high demand on camping equipment has left our warehouse and stores short of the products we certainly would like to have available for our customers. Estimated delivery times to our warehouse and stores has also been a little unreliable where the information is available. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and we are doing our best to advise on these when we can. “My lounge chair has not been delivered. Ordered on 30/9. Courier picked up 1/10 in Qld. No correspondence since. I wonder if delay due to COVID. Still hoping it arrives soon. Will update my review once lounge chair received”

“Ordered our mattress 6 weeks ago in store, deposit paid and they can't tell me when it is coming, just that it is in transit. Surely they can track it! We camp alot and have been looking forward to our mattress arriving to try it out.”

“On line order didn't arrive as stated after a few phone calls during the week of purchase....sure couriers are busy however no fridge and battery for camping trip spoiled the trip”

“Took a week and a half to get my item from seq and I live in seq. Placed order before 9am on a Tuesday, (website says 1-3 days to dispatch). Got notice that item was finally being sent the following monday. Made enquires as to item, basically come back as order still in line to be picked even after 3 days. Item purchased is wonderful, not sure if I would order again, my item was 1 small parcel.”

“Ordered on the 6/8/21 advised 3-5 working days for delivery and now on the 12 no tacking and when called no delivery date can be given and no refund available so I can buy else where. In store service great , online service very disappointing.”
