“The service from Tentworld was good - I got most of my questions answered in a timely manner and the team there were helpful, even when I had a fault with a product they had shipped. I had to chase them up about this, hence the 4-star rather than 5-star rating.”

“Was a little disappointed that I didn't get the esky pictured but did get the exact same thing in a different colour (think that what I ended up with is the new bread). I had also ordered my esky with the guarantee of having it prior to going camping for the week. I decided to phone when my order had not arrived in the given days to be politely told it had been put on a back order, I now know for the reason mentioned above, stock availability. I feel that I should have been notified ASAP, as I could have purchased from another supplier to ensure I had it before leaving for camping. On a positive note the staff that I dealt with to resolve this matter were awesome, I guess these things happen. I will definitely still shop with Tentworld but feel this should be a process they should review to save any other dissatisfied customers in the future.”

“We went in store to view the Oz Trail Lumos 10p on display and was very happy with the service, Unfortunately the store didn't have stock and we had to purchase online. Nonethelss, we received our tent very quickly and where able to go away as planned.”
