“Purchased the Supa Peg Stand Easy ERV Awning 2.5m x 2.5m. A quality product stocked by Tentworld and manufactured by Australian company Supa Peg. My only issue was the packaging for the delivery of my awning. There wasn't much protection provided around the awning and the box it came in was almost destroyed in transit. There was simply too much space in the box. Possibly wrapping the awning in bubble wrap to fill the gaps would have helped to keep the packaging secure and the awning safe during delivery. Fortunately, no damage was done to the awning.”

“Delivery was super quick and all items ordered were supplied. I was really disappointed with the quality of the rope supplied to make guy ropes. Its 3 strands come apart easily and the rope twists itself in "knots" far too easily. Its diameter is also a bit small for the guy rope tensioner that I ordered.”

“I tried to order some Yeti coolers on their direct site but it didn't work I was attracted to their deal because the items were freight free.I bought from you guys but I was very disappointed with how much the freight charge was.I'm sure regular Aust Post would have been much cheaper than Courier.”

“The service is always excellent and the prices more than competitive. But thanks to covid the postage is awful. ! Not tentworlds fault I know . But don't expect standard post to arrive in a few days or anything . Other than that. Always happy with Tentworld. 👍👍”

“Good except when I placed the order everything was in stock but the next week I was told one piece was out of stock, then the delivery got lost and the driver missed the tent pole and then delivered it to my neighbor”

“Tentworld were very responsive to my inquiries when the item was on back order. They were able to give me a reliable estimate of the shipment arrival and notified me as soon as the package was on its way. The chair was well packaged and I was very happy with its condition on arrival.”

“Online # I believe I ordered what was available so I would not have delayed shipping. was then informed shipping was held up because of waiting on 1 item. OK i can understand that. so I went into Brown Plains store they had items on floor so I called the online store to see if I could cancel order. That was Ok done all good, then severial days later I got a notice my delivery was being shipped. I call the online contacts they said it was now to late stop shipping. I didnt want to incure shipping, so they surgested returning into store if I am that way, which I have done Browns Plains QLD. I will continue to shop I find staff great and helpfull. but if that shipping could of been stopped I would of 5 Star”

“Yet to try out the purchase (Coleman gazebo) but very happy with the helpful staff and service from Tentworld. When the delivery arrived it was only one small package (an additional gazebo wall) - I assumed the other package would show up in the next day or so but it didn't so I checked the tracking online. I was concerned to see that there was only one consignment number and according to the delivery company it had been successfully delivered. A quick call to Tentworld made it clear that it was indeed two packages and one was being held up. The staff followed it up with the delivery company and assured me it would arrive in the next few days - which it did.”
