“The Gel Packs can let go leaving the blue chemical to go through your Icebox. Not good. 3 of mine leaked and Tentworld was quick to replace. They were wrapped in towels and protected from puncturing. The product needs a better quality PVC and welding assurance.”

“Tentworld dispatched our items very fast but can't say the same for their choice of couriers, the gazebo sidewall has been delivered but not much good without the gazebo to put it on.Still waiting for it three weeks later when dispatched from the same warehouse.”

“Purchased a Darche Intrepador 1400 rooftop tent with sky window in November 2020. Delivery took awhile but ok in the end. I have started my around Aus trip in July 2021 and will end approx Oct 2022. The main issue I have is with the tent design. I had a 3 metre Olive Python enter the tent at the hinge point. Fortunately I was able to get it out, without serious injury. I believe this is a weak point with the design of this tent, especially if young children are sleeping alone. I was staying at Lawn Hill NP in north Qld. I have included photos.”
