“Initially I was a bit disappointed as I received an email saying the Yeti chair was unavailable. When I asked to cancel the order I was told the email was a mistake and the chair was in stock and would be sent. Very relieved!”

“Very happy with the product and Tentworld process but I really didn’t like fhe courier service. Couriers Please left a calling card because I was at work when they tried to deliver my parcel. I tried to call the number to ask if I could collect my delivery from a depot or choose a particular time on a day. The phone hung up when I tried to call and I could only use the online portal. I tried to fill out a contact us form with a maximum response time of 3 days - no response at all. I won’t be ordering from Tentworld online for this reason. I had to use the Authority to Leave without signature or person home and hope that someone didn’t take my parcel. Fortunately I did get a phone call form the courier to notify me that the parcel had been delivered so I left work and got home to put it away. Other courier companies can be contacted over the phone or allow you collect your parcel from the depot.”

“In relation to delivery of the camp burner, the date given didnt eventuate but still recieved in good order a few days after. Can be put down to covid delays i suspect. Otherwise great service.”

“I purchased one on or about the 16 th September and it was here in a flash and I paid for another on the or about the 25th September and not any emails about my purchase so I am getting concerned as the money has gone from my account.”
