“Great product, great pricing & delivered promptly - only improvement I could suggest is an option to conceal the product packaging - this was a father's day gift - a bit hard to keep it a surprise when he opened the door & found delivery :)”

“The tent was shipped quicker than expected. Although it said on the label 2.4kg weight and ended up being at least 3kg. It is waterproof and good material so mostly good things to say about it. Would recommend.”

“We've had our bed for 20 plus yrs now and absolutely love this glamping add to our camping experiences!...we have replaced the air mattress about 4 times ...all over Australia!!!!, which we understand is most likely going to happen with the extensive regular travelling we do!...for added warmth we have fitted a mattress protector to the bottom of the air mattress which really is perfect...and the mattress topper on top ..perfect!!..we are always comfy and snug ....we don't think we'll be replacing the air bed again as we are soooo close to the next stage in our lives ...a caravan!!!!..🌞”

“I was very pleased with the service received, especially as the camp stove was received in time for my grand-daughter's birthday. However, I was surprised when I ordered from a Melbourne company which showed that the item was 'in stock', when in fact it had to be forwarded from Queensland! But, all's well that ends well and I was glad that the item was delivered in good time. Thanks.”

“Hi, I wanted to do a follow up email, after my email on the 30.07.2021 stating how long it was taking my Order to be delivered. (20 Days and no delivery) Since then the staff at Tentworld, in particular Tracey K has been very helpful and communicated almost daily until the final delivery arrived last night. “I left delivery instruction on the invioce as to leave the package out of sight. However, the delivery driver just strolled in from out in the street and left the package on the front door in plain sight. Fortunatly an hour later I arrive unexpectadly home to find it there in plain sight from the street. I was not happy. Everything else was good.”
