“Excellent service with very fast dispatch of item, however your choice of Shipping company needs to be reviewed. Toll/Ipec states they do not deliver to my address and held the item at their depot which is 68kms from my home (when all other shipping companies do deliver - we do not live out in the sticks!). I would not have ordered from you if I knew I would have to drive that far to collect my item. (Luckily my husband works 45km from our home and they were able to deliver to him at work). They also did not advise us that our item was ready for collection, so it was only when I followed up the tracking of it, that we discovered it had arrived with them 4 days earlier. So although the product is fantastic and the dispatch was very fast, your choice of shipping company loses you one star.”

“We’re pleased so far with the Nebula. Very disappointed to discover that key minor pieces are missing. We were not informed about this in the shop. Nor is there mention of this any where on the box. In fact the picture on the box features pieces that are not included. I question whether this is even legal. I will consult my solicitor and get back to you. At the very least it’s clearly your duty as the retailer to inform the customer that the pieces in the box don’t match the picture and offer the missing items for free. I’ve never had an experience like this before in 67 years. The Nebula cost $670. And the missing pieces would be no more than a few bucks. It’s something that you should definitely look into.”

“The product is great and the service was excellent, the only reason for not giving a 5* review was the cost - approximately $40.00 more expensive than everywhere else which might explain why they had the item in stock, where everywhere else had sold out. I guess if you need it bad enough you'll always pay more, & like I said, the service was excellent. Cheers G Clifton”
