“Bought the Companion Aquaheat shower. It is really great. The water got EXTREMELY hot, even on its lowest heat setting .... so if you've got small children you might want to bear that in mind. Great product, we love it. 👍”

“A bit of a mixed bag. I was sent a number of emails about anticipated and Changing delivery dates. These went to junk and I needed to go looking for them. The final email came a day or two before expected delivery saying it wouldn't be delivered for another 6-8 weeks. I am grateful- very- that I didn't change the order as you delivered in time for Christmas. For which I was incredibly relieved and grateful!! So overall very happy but a bit of stress too!”

“We ordered replacement poles for our Swag during lockdown in June. It was great to get notified that our poles "We are out of stock, this is the date we expect the stock to be back in." However after getting the same email month after month, for 6 months, it got a bit frustrating. A better approach would have been to inform us "That due to COVID we don't know when your order will arrive, we will be in contact when we have stock." That all being said when they finally got stock our order was shipped quickly and arrived in the next couple of days.”

“We were not given the correct information about availability of our preferred product on our first visit to the store - even though we had researched online. We had to return the original purchase and ended up buying our first preference as it WAS in store. A wasted trip.”
