“Your initial processing was really good, but your decision to choose Toll as your delivery partner and the fact that the entire order was misplaced at first, to which I had to follow up, and then one of the three items I ordered was lost for even longer is why I haven't given you 5 stars. It would have to be a really good deal in the future for me to order online from you again, sorry.”

“When I ordered the Darche panarama RTT on line, I received the High View RTT instead. After notifying your customer service staff of the anomaly they were very apologetic and helpful in resolving the issue. The item was exchanged promptly with the correct RTT.”

“Estimated delivery date advised by Tenworld was very close to the real delivery time, even with extended waits due to COVID and were kept up-to-date with expected dates. The one item came in two packages one week apart, however I would presume that may have more to do the delivery company than the items being despatched separately. Very happy with our purchase”
