“Tentworld have been good in the past , with last purchase incorrect item was sent when I spoke to Tentworld they could not guarantee item would arrive before long weekend, so order was meant to be cancelled, which never took place and the original item was sent after long weekend with damaged mesh.”

“Very happy with multiple purchases from Tent world. I always select Couriers Please delivery as the bring it to my front door. Australia post consider my letterbox a safe place so i always try to avoid Australia Post. My last tent world order i selected Couriers please and one item was sent later and it was sent via post contrary to my instructions.”

“it was easy to place the order and we were kept informed of delivery dates as it evolved. Not sure why but delivery took 3 months. We were ok with the initial date being after xmas but the 2 or 3 further delays meant some of our plans had to change as we did not have the swag we ordered. I think the thing that was bad about this was how late we were advised of a change in delivery date.”
