“Order was received but I had to follow up contact. Some staff are friendly enough but I have had 1or2 seem sterile. The last interaction the staff I dealt with were good.The Lady I dealt with was very friendly and supportive.”

“As a newby tenter I required advice and the local store Midland WA was great. Also good range of everything. Bought the right tent Zempire Evo TS. On line was a bit more difficult seems like main office just wants a number for the order. No real service. So there were mistakes. Feels like staff are pushed too hard as opposed to wrong people. No follow through no note taking, took lots of calls to return a pump I didn’t need as it comes with the tent. Thanks.”

“Pricing good, but it took 1.5 days before it was dispatched (even now, Aust Post hasn’t a record of the tracking number). Half a day with ‘picking’ on the website and half a day with ‘packing’, then the next day ‘dispatched’. Best to not tell us what’s happening if it takes that long. Just advise when it is in the Aust Post tracking system. And furthermore I have no interest in the popups that announce ‘a person from Nunawading just bought a gazebo’.”
