“Have had Tesco home insurance for 4 years and the price has increased slightly each year but when it came to dealing with our burglary claim they had empathy, reacted quickly to make sure our home was safe for us to live in and the ongoing 2 month process of the claim was excellent. I had to chase them up a few times (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) but each time I chased them they phoned back quickly and were back on our case. At an emotional time for us they were courteous and professional, the individuals we spoke to in the claims team saw us through the claim process which was understandably sometimes laborious, very detailed but thorough.”

“it was easy to obtain the insurance have not needed to make a claim so dont know how fast they are at settling any claim they were reasonable lets see what they quote for this year”

“The call centre has always dealt with any possible query including renewal in a friendly and courteous way to my complete satisfaction. I have never attempted to maker a claim from Tesco Home insurance.”

“Tried to swap my car insurance to van insurance which in the end I was unable to do. However the customer service was brilliant, waited hardly no time at all to be dealt with and they were very happy to refund the insurance I’ve already paid.”
