“Their administrative procedures were simple including when I wanted to make a change before the policy started . So far - touch wood - I have not tried their claims procedure .”

“Like all car insurances you only find out if it is any good if you have to claim. Luckily this year I have not had to make one so was unable to test this provider. On the down side, at the renewal date, they wanted a 36% increase in premium so I went on the compare web sites and found that the same policy would have been over £50 cheaper than the renewal offer. WHY do these insurers do this? Needless to say I have purchased elsewhere.”
