“I am 10 years retired from the fine watch industry, and spent over 30 years "talking watch". What began as a simple phone query to Watchbox in 2021, turned into a fabulous friendship. A fellow watch-nut named Bill Comfort happened to pick up the telephone that first day. He answered my queries about their trade-in process concisely and even agreed to drive from PA to CT to retrieve my trade and deliver my purchase. Since that time, Bill has sold me many hard-to-find timepieces and is more than fair with my trades. Bill does business the way I used to. It's not about "selling" watches. It's about being so excited about a new introduction from SIHH or talking about a timepiece we both like...inevitably, it turns into a sale. He's a great guy that works at a great company...and he delivers!!!”

“I have had several interactions with them, all good. Recently I have been searching for a rare Cartier pasha not usually available in the US. One appeared son their website and I bought it immediately. They told me the condition was immaculate and it was. Absolutely gorgeous. Pashas are unusual in winding and setting but this was clearly explained. The watch is the jewel of:my collection and they are my first choice to buy. My highest recommendation!”
