“Never had any problems with this insurance and customer service is spot on. Is there any live online customer service ir can get someone to call me for my car insurance? Bought a car and need to swap it to that one.”

“Hi, Basically have had a demanding year and appreciate your handling my insurance as usual. I haven't had the opportunity to check anything as yet, but as the demands are now over have time to sort my papers out. “Every time I have had any questions or queries regarding my policy I have had a quick and helpful response from everyone on the customer service teams. I have even saved money from the advice given to me recently by one of the team members from the renewal team. All I can say is that so far The AA group are fantastic and very helpful and i will continue to use them in the future.”

“I've insured both my cars with A & A for the past 11 years, and always found them to be very fast and efficient. Their phone responses are very swift, and their staff invariably helpful. In absolute terms, A & A may not be the very cheapest in the market, but are always highly competitive across the total insurance package. It can be easy to buy "cheaper" insurance, but reduced premiums come at the cost of higher excesses and more exclusions. A much recommended insurer.”
