“I only became aware of The Audiobarn recently when searching for local Rega dealers. I will definitely return here whenever I’m looking for audio equipment in future. I pre-ordered the ND7 as I heard it was due for release and they sold me their first delivery instead of taking it for their own demo stock. Unlike another dealer I used in the past they didn’t charge extra for fitting the cartridge. I briefly experienced one of the impressive demo rooms when listening to my new cartridge. Highly recommended - great location, facilities, management and staff.”

“The range and quality of equipment is vital, but help choosing is essential to avoid costly poor choices. Audiobarn is based in a charming if remote location. The team are readily available and ateentive whilst in no way pushy allowing all the time required to make a reasoned choice. Ben looked after me exceptionally well. I have no hesitation recommending Audiobarn to anyone taking a serious interest in their music.”

“Audiobarn paid attention to my requirements and were outstandingly accomodating as I was partially disabled at the time. Going out of their way to provide items required for a comparative demonstration, they provided prompt, efficient and pleasant installation. P/Ex was competetive, some concession was given on proces. This is service to a vry high standard.”

“After explaining my motivations and goals, Ben very patiently let me try many different dacs, power supplies, interconnects and power cables, without trying to impose his own preferences, but more gently steering based on my feedback after each listening session.. When it came to arranging home demos, it was very straightforward, and given all the time I needed to figure out what best worked at home. You don't come here for box shifters, but for personal service, and this is what you get, no pressure selling, very friendly, obvious these guys are hifi buffs themselves. An easy 5 star recommendation.”

“From the word go on my first experience of visiting audiobarn for the first time i was made to feel at ease in a very relaxed atmosphere with a great team of meeting of Jack, Ben and Graham for the first time. All genuine down to earth guys who you can see all have a genuine passion for music and Hi-Fi when talking to them making for easy enjoyable relaxed conversations during my time visiting there. Ended up actually having multiple auditions in the end over a period of couple of months as my needs changed as well as my budget so ended up with three demos and Ben actually proactively said come in for a fourth last one to try one or two final options i was interested in and and each time they were always warm and friendly and patient with my journey in getting there! Have to say my Demo experience(s) at Audiobarn was top notch, very enjoyable set in a lovely location in lovely surroundings inside with really thought out demo rooms with them leaving you to it to enjoy in your own time, totally un-rushed as every demo i had ended up lasting a full day! yet always there when needed to swap out to the next component to try during a listening demo and had great chats with Ben in between swap outs. Have to give Ben a special mention he was the lucky one assigned to me so spent all my demos with him looking after me, made sure i never went thirsty during the course of the day with their nice hot drinks to choose from! Ben was always there to answer all my myriad of many questions, bounce the ideas of him as i was essentially getting a whole new full Hi-Fi set up to replace my old ageing system with many different components. From start to finish from all the lengthy email comms in between each demo to delivering all my kit to my house when it all came in Ben was very proactive in everything he done to look after me and because of this great experience with the way they do things at Audiobarn i have a core of a new system i used to dream of and am more than happy with the final choices of gear that i will enjoy for many years to come. Can’t recommend this great friendly very knowledgeable team enough who will look after you as they would want to be as if a customer themselves. Truly great refreshing experience from the normal retail hifi demo culture and look forward to going back in the future that’s for sure.”

“I visited the Audiobarn to buy a new Dac /streamer for my Hifi system at home . Ben served me , he was very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly.. I took my older Auralic vega G1,in with me and Ben offered me a very fair trade in price on l. The atmosphere was relaxed and there was no pressure to sales . I would definitely buy again from the Audiobarn ,outstanding customer service is rare nowadays.Too marks 👍”

“I have used Audiobarn twice now for a Chord amp Nad my latest edition, Auralic streamer. Both occasions I have experienced an excellent level of service. Great part exchange, the use of interest free credit which was all done over the phone! I was given regular updates as to when the products would be in stock and then delivered to me. With regard to the Chord I did collect, again a seamless process. The only thing I would have liked was a nice cup of coffee on arrival but hey, that’s just me! Highly recommend, Phil.”

“I recently visited The Audiobarn for help with upgrading the cartridge on my Rega RP-10, and look at upgrading the Rega Phono-stage. Ben set up a Hana Umami Blue for me to try, along with a Vertere Phono-1. It only took a few songs to realise how much of an improvement both were to the Rega pairing. Much clearer and more dynamic sounding. Both were purhcased there and then, and i've been happily working my way through my vinyl collection, enjoying the increased musicality and excitment the new additions bring. Along with this, I took the plunge on a Degritter. to look after my collection and ensure the longevity of the cartridge. I've yet to do a before/after test with the cleaner, but it's a great bit of kit - well build and very easy to use once set up. This is the 3rd purchase I've made at The Audiobarn, and I'm sure there will be more to come. Ben, Jack and Graeme are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and are always a pleasure to deal with. There's no "hard sale" attitude here. Highly recommended.”
