“Service was excellent. I had a question about delivery and I received a prompt e-mail response, with a follow up e-mail to make sure it all worked out. I ordered Cal Bear earrings, which were not easy to find, and they arrived and were just as described.”

“I have placed three orders now with Black Bow Jewelry Co. for Sterling Silver jewelry. Each order has been a perfect experience as far as items ordered, customer service and delivery. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Black Bow to others and will likely be placing more orders in the future.”
