“Service was great and friendly! I bought the 14k yellow gold anchor size large for my significant other for his 21st birthday and he is IN LOVE! He hasn’t taken it off since! UPS was late to deliver even with the expedited shipping fee; however, when I reached out I was immediately refunded the day of for the expedited shipping cost. I will definitely be purchasing again from Black Bow Jewelry Co. and will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you so much for helping me make his 21st birthday one to remember !”

“I’ve placed 3 orders from Black Bow for University of Miami 14k gold charms one was the “U” and two were of the Sebastian mascot. I have to say, the quality and attention to detail is incredible. They really are beautiful. My only wish is that they would have the sizes listed in inches too instead of mm. Only because I was trying to figure out what chain to order for each one. They were for my husband and son. Either way, you won’t be disappointed at all by the products they have. And, there was nothing better than the little blue n black gift box it came with which sits beautifully under the Christmas tree and big enough to stick a name tag to it too. Thank you again Black Bow!!”

“I'm very pleased with the service from Black Bow Jewelry. I was doing last-minute Christmas shopping and wanted a specific item they had in stock. Other stores had the item, but Black Bow was the only store that could get it to me in time. Express shipping cost was sort of expensive for such a small item, but at least they offered it for last-minute shoppers like myself. The box and bow were a nice surprise. I don't buy jewelry very often, but if I do in the future, this will be my go-to online store.”
